Hi, Firstly I suggest you to file online, & you need to send separate petitions for both parents, Its quicker. and another benefit of filling online , You need not to worry about which document you should upload. After completing application online it gonna ask you which document you should upload according to your information provided. For example if your Mother had different maiden name then it gonna ask you to upload additional documents like Proof of Name change like court &  marriage certificate.
 
Everyone Situation is different but I tell you which documents I uploaded:
Naturalization Certificate
Parents Marriage Certificate
My Birth Certificate
Mother name was different before marriage so i uploaded her Passport, marriage Certificate, National ID card ( Don't had proof of court Doc)
10th Grade school Certificate, because my birth certificate issued late so i need to upload additional doc to show that my date of birth was same.

Hi May2006,
I had to submit a AOS for me as the financial supporter and one for my sister the Petitioner. Did you  not submit a AOS form for both the Petitioner and the Financial Supporter already?
As far as W-2 , this is a statement issue  by the Payroll Provider to employees once a year  for earnings from January 1st to December 31st of that fiscal year. You may want to call the NVC to find out if the want a "Pay statement" for every pay period of 2017 (most companies in the US pay Semimonthly or Biweekly NOT weekly).
Please let me know if you need any help on this ( I work in the HR & Payroll department)
 
Update on Nephew's case : I called the NVC today and the verbally indicate to me that the case is now completed. The will email me soon.

No updates other than a weekly one that says they last took action on my case on March 16th, which is not true.  Not studied for the civics test yet, leaving it to nearer the time to retain the information.  One thing I did notice before I received my interview, when I was away, was that I received two notifications about my Green Card (which I had received 2 months before) and my husband was awoken with something like 40 text messages with the same news. (I don't have a mobile phone, so they have his number for alert). I keep wondering if there is any connection, whether or not they will looking at my case the week before to prepare it for interview. I have heard a few people since getting the weird notices, but not really looked to see if they got an interview or news the week after like I did. Worth keeping an eye on though, another of their secret codes perhaps? Lol

As soon as it is reviewed you should get interview letter. Our pd is April 5, 2006 and we got interview letter. 

i applied march 27 online under the 3 year rule marriage, and im still waiting for interview. 

Thats good. So, minimum of 3 weeks moment in next month’s bulletin. I hope they move 3 weeks in 2nd chart too.

Someone from my country (Guyana) whose PD is 17th Feb 06 got interview date 18th July... thought of sharing that with u guys...
