My moms last case updated date was updated today. But I think this might have something to do with another request I made last night to ask for her passport back -
Interestingly enough, the reply they sent me yesterday didn’t trigger the last updated date to be updated

Omg montreal responded with the same copy paste about how her case is under AP and it’s taking a while and can’t give me a time line. they didn’t even read my request!!! I asked for her passport back!!!! They literally just copy paste send. Wow! im ready to file this lawsuit

yes drop down and selected "passport return" option. didnt hear anything so far

submitted my passport return request last Monday. No email or acknowledgment email so far. Really hoping to hear something this week

So my update was a local rep inquiry. I had emailed them last week and they didn’t respond. I emailed them again and looks like they jsut sent an inquiry, which triggered the last updated date.
