you just asked yesterday if you can expedite your case, now you got transferred,,, good for you girl. Goodluck

  3. Jeeze, maybe I should ask for an expedite.... Do you think the lazy USCIS employees will realize my husband lives in Costa Rica, Not the Phillipines???

If you aren't affected by a natural disaster, why would you even think of asking to be expedited because of it???

OH, and by the way.... incase you haven't noticed, WE ALL WANT OUR CASES APPROVED REALLY FAST...... duh...

Chill..I dont have a plan to expedite my case because im not from affected place and I dont want to screwed my application...its better if we will be nice to each other..

  4. Dont attack her, like us, she is just desperate to make her case approve really fast. When she saw someone posted that he applied for his case to expedite because of thypoon happened in the philippines, she didnt think of immorality, ethics, she just think of her case, her husband, herself. But pls try to understand everyone here. We all want our case to be approve..the soonest. Anyway she didnt reply anymore so I think she knew she was wrong. Anyway even we are not from the place being affected with the thypoon..we are all griefing for what had happened to our fellow filipinos. And dont worry even if she apply to expedite her case, USCIS might be lazy but not stupid to give approval if the applicant is not from the place affected, peace everyone, just smile, december is our month...fingers crossed

  5. Its our second year wedding anniversary this month..I wont expect NOA2 as an anniversary gift, but pls as a christmas gift...hubby is coming here in the philippines this month to celebrate our day.

  6. . Last bit of info is that I am living abroad and that doesn't matter at all. If ppl thought u would be processed faster well forget about it.. 2 hours on hold for not too much info...

it doesnt matter if you two live outside US, u less there is USCIS office at the US embassy where you are living together, and thats DCF application. My husband and I are living in kuwait before, we sent our application May 2013 and hoping before his contract end ( which is month of July, so they have 2 months to get approve our case) we will hear goodnews, our plan is from Kuwait we will go straight in US together. But July came and nothing. Worst, I went home in Philippines and my husband in US, now we are 4 months being apart to each other. Its our 2 years anniversary this coming Nov 28, I hope to hear a goodnews from USCIS, husband is coming over here in Philippines this voming nov 25 .
