I absolutely hate this too. Every day at work, the EXACT SAME people ask me when I will be moving out to live with my husband, then feign shock when I say maybe a year or more. I think they do it on purpose. I don't even know these people, they work on a different floor to me, yet they love provoking me

I feel the same way too. Me and my husband lived together in Kuwait for 1 year and 4 months, theres no USCIS office there so we just sent our application thru mail. The worst thing happened he went home in US when his contract finished and me and my son went back here in Philippines. People cant understand what were going through, they thought once you get married with USC you can come with him right away. Now they are thinking that me and my husband are already separated. Im just quiet. I know my visa will be approved in time, then ill surprise them.

Annulment in the philippines will take11 months to process, 150k php

Im sorry for MY BROKEN ENGLISH...but yes im trying to say if we get the notice that we are being transferred thats the time we l can expect an approval like what is happening now with Feb and March filer.but atleast someome understood me. Again im so sorry.

When we got message that our case has been transferred thats the time we can expect the approval after a weeks..like what is happening now to Feb and March filers receiving approvals lately.

Im a May filer..and before opening May thread i will open Aprilthread first...because im expecting more approval for you guys then we'll be next.

Check the forum site of April filers...since yesterday they are recieving approvals...goodnews to all of us..

PD April 1 got approved yesterday...wooot wooot meaning....we'll be next, next month?

Just to share..I gave birth in Kuwait.my husband is US citizen..after we got the birth certificate from Kuwait , we went to US embassy reporting the birth of the baby..after ine month I hace his US pasdport and a certificate the he is a US citizen. Then I also took philippine passport...yes dual citizenship.

Its so frustrating that when you opened this forum no one had a goodnews... because im hoping when someone posted that they got NOA2 others will be next or ill be the next. My husband already missed our son's first step, first word and first dance. I wish I can just use my son's US passport going to US..lol

Hey, I just spoke to the NBC where they are handling my I130 and they told me that at the moment, they are working on October 2012. I sent my I130 on February 2013. Thats a lot of time, toooo much time. We basically have about 4 or 5 months before they get to my papers. THATS CRAZYYY. Should I cry or should I laugh?

thats what they told to my husband when he called..they are working for october 2012 filers and was asking for another 6 months before they get to our file..we filed our case May 2013

I call today to USCIS and IO tell me processing time I30 is 16 months

What F*** they are doing.....

Everytime someone will call they are telling different answers..others 8.5 months, they told my husband another 6 months from now that supposed to be we have approval now.

As far as I know...just dont stay outside the US for more than 6 months

Yes .. another 6 months to wait..thats whay from the USCIS petson told my husband when he called the other day...we are May filers.whst USCIS told they wre still working for October 2012 filers. Thatswhy another 6 months msybe gor the may 2013 filers

My husband called to USCIS.. they told him our case, we filed our case last May and didnt hear anythibg from then on..the USCIS guy told him..they are still working on october 2012 filers..so they told to wait for another 5-6 months..im so disappointed.

And also USCIS told my husband due to shutdown...the processing will take slow...

Im a newbie here..we also filed our application last May. My husband is in US right now and my and my son is here in Phil. We got married Nov 2011 and we stay in kuwait for one year. I miss my husband so much. He just checked a site which he learned that USCIS is still working on Oct 2012 filers. So when I heard that I was disappointed. 2012? So how long it will take for them to work on our application.? I cant wait to be with my husband again.
