Based on 3 years marriage, I have been in the GC holder for 5 and a half years. 
Also had an absence of 7 months out of country but still kept my job and my husband was in the US, so hopefully I get approved 😉

We went for our biometrics appointment today at the York, PA support office. This office is very well organized. We arrived 15min prior to our appointment and joined the line at the door. They opened the doors promptly at 8am and we completed processing within 15 minutes. They even have a play area for kids which was very helpful because we had our 2 & 5 yr old with us. Our application status is now in review as we wait for our interview appointment.  

I think it's Washington office (Fairfax VA).

Applied online 7/31 and got notice the same day.
Got the message about biometrics reuse and that it will take approximately 7 months. 

Just had my biometric today and got a notification after biometrics that case is being actively reviewed by USCIS.

hello, my husband is filing next week, I know this isn’t july. I am just wondering since he got his green card through our marriage. Will i be involved with the citizenship interview like I have for the K1 and geeen card? 

Ok so my case is different.
I applied for citizenship 14 days after entering USA as a permanent resident 
 
Entered USA on June 23rd just last month
Received social security July 7th 
 
US citizen husband received a job offer that’s hard to say no to and have to start work in august!
After an online search we found out I’m eligible for Expedited Naturalization and I applied immediately even though I haven’t even received my actual green card in the mail yet.
 
expedited citizenship is for the spouses of United States citizens employed by certain employers overseas, to expedite their applications for citizenship and naturalize without having to meet the residency requirements normally required to become a United States citizen.
 
My IR1 interview was on march 6th this year but I don’t remember biometrics taken.
 
ideally it’s better to wait to get biometrics done then fly out of the country but we couldn’t wait and already left USA since i don’t mind flying back and forth for biometrics and interview/oath appointments.

Filing today 7/31. 5 year rule. I could have applied 3 months ago. Got GC through marriage, but got divorced after 4 years. Hoping things move fairly quickl!

applied on July 7th
received notice July 8th 
biometrics appointment scheduled for August 16.

Even though we already knew biometrics were waived from the document online, we did receive a paper copy of the notice to reuse fingerprints in the mail on Monday (7/24).
 
Now we wait!

I have applied for citizenship on July 7th and received a payment receipt notice on July 8th that’s it so far.
I applied to be processed at Washington DC field office.

Applied today on 90th day before 5 years PR eligibility; Estimate 10 months, Field Office Sacramento California.

LET THE WAIT BEGIN! 
 
I Sent my N400 on - JULY 20 From NYC.
 
Estimated time: 10 Months.
 
Based on 5 years of residence.

We're submitting under the 3-yr rule tomorrow-- got the online application in order today, and going through the travel history is what seems to have taken the longest since that encompassed our pre-marriage/immigration life...
Portland OR field office for us when the time comes. 
 

Well, I hope I’m not wrong deciding not to drag him for the interview.
My field office is Indianapolis. Not a very popular place, so maybe that’s explain why five days after I filed, I have an interview appointment set

Final stage! Hubs just applied on 7-15-2023 for Citizenship through marriage. Biometrics have been waived, so I guess all we do now is wait and see when they can get us in for an interview (it appears I will also have to be there since we haven't had the removal of conditions interview yet). We also received the 9 month estimate, but I'm hoping it will be faster since others at our field office (Denver) seem to get appointments within four months or so.

We received a receipt notice on 07/09/2023.
We received notice that our biometrics appointment was scheduled on 07/14/2023.
Our biometrics appointment is on 08/02/2023.
 
It seems like our service center is NBC. 
 

Theh have updated my documents tab after few hours. I’m scheduled for biometrics on 08/01. 🙂

Maybe they’ll send the notice in the mail. If you check the case status with your receipt number, does it say anything?
