Why is everyone telling OP being pregnant doesn't speed up immigration? She has said multiple times that it was the IO's words not hers, and saying it helped her and her husaband's case personally because it is actually a viable 'proof' of a bonafide relationship to be pregnant/have a child together, which was a positive for their application since their case is red flagged.

It's been a long time in posting. We made ourselves busy with our marriage and our lives and didn't let AP destroy us. After his interview in June 2011 we spent two years in ap only to have our case returned to USCIS for recommended revocation. We responded with an attorney to the issues and sent 17 lbs of information we were reaffirmed within two weeks and send back to the embassy.
We spent the next two years with me visiting yearly and trying to make our lives as normal as possible without making AP take over anything. On Aug 10th we got a phone call regarding an email the embassy sent us. They wanted us to fill our the DS 260 online once we did that they sent him an interview letter for Aug 31st. He called to get the medical done but unfortunately they were overbooked and couldnt get him in until Sept. When he told them why he was calling they told him to come in that night and worked him through the medical exam.
He went to his interview prepped with the ongoing relationship documents and i864, medical etc. He was called to the window asked for updated medical and i864. He was asked to sit down while they review. Then 30 min later he went back to the window to the CO. He asked my husband if he had been out of the country. His answer of course was no. He kept typing then said everything looks good. YOUR APPROVED and will get the Visa within 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband received the Issued status on sept 8 and picked up his passport today sept 10!!!!!! VISA IN HAND AND THEY ADDED THE IR1 so he's coming home after 4 yrs!!!!!!!!!!!! His POE is this coming Saturday Sept 19th!!!!!!
We are proof that not giving up will give you your dreams. For those on AP... nobody knows more than us how much that hurts but there is nothing you can do so live your life the best way as possible and make your relationship strong. Nobody is more important than your spouse and your family. DREAMS DO COME TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats on getting a student visa for her. I tried to get a student visa for my Colombian gf (now, my wife) and was denied in both US and Canada. Good for you in attempting to further her education. I know 6 months (fiance visa) or 12 months (spouse CR-1 visa) seems like a long time to wait and be apart but it's not that bad. You're in your 20's. If your marriage works out, you'll be together for 50+ years. The 6-12 months of waiting will be a good story to share many decades from now.
Note, like you, I had always figured that marrying a woman and having her allowed in the US to live with me, was a constitutional right. But it turns out that the latter part is not a constitutional right. An American has the right to marry whomever they choose from anywhere in the world. What we don't have a right to is automatic immigration of that spouse. Although it's frustrating, when you logically think it through, it makes some sense. If it was a right, I could travel to Northeastern Syria, marry a girl and have her automatically immigrated despite any allegiance she might have to ISIS.
I recommend calmly considering your options and then do what's best and legal for you and her. Best of luck!

    Hi HeandI
To be truthful there is not a specific time limit that I can give you to say you should receive a NOA1 because we are dealing with
USCIS here they march by the own beat of their drum. Sometimes its a week somtimes its 2 weeks and sometimes its more. It
all depends on how busy they are and who has your case. You should hear something soon though.
    Good luck!

I can only answer that base on my experience! With that been said I was only asked for a G-325A for myself but I sent in one for me and one for my fiance and I was approved. Don't see why they would deny you. By the way Texas Service Center was the USCIS office that processed my paper work. Hope that helps

After a small speed bump from an RFE. I have finally got my NOA 2. Thank all you guys for your help and those still waiting , your time will come. I was Skype with the fiancé when all of the sudden I get an email from uscis. My heart dropped and when I opened my email and it read " On June 19, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
    Now my question is that
    1
Do I need to file a k2 e cause my fiancée has. 2 year old and is a single mom. No dad on birth certificate.
2 on the 129f her child is included. So my question is will he attend the interview with his mom and need a physical and all . We just got a Mexican passport.
