h13rma got a reaction from Ketsuban in Passport - UK to US and back
Nonsense I have to send my passport around the world for visas all the time. Courier is recommended, people have to do it all the time what if you are traveling to a country that doesn't have an embassy in the country you are in.
How do you think your passport gets to you in the first place if you apply for a replacement uk passport while living in the usa? Magic?

Washington state law requires service by publication to be in a newspaper in general circulation in the county where the action is started, requires no notice in Morocco or anywhere else.

h13rma got a reaction from nzltex in AOS regarding retrieving I-94w, ESTA
You need to include a photocopy of your passport page showing your entry stamp the the USA. Its no problem its what I had to do, but I didn't ask first and to an RFE instead.

h13rma got a reaction from dannsca in AOS due to DOMA after overstaying J1
As long as you entered legally, AOS overstay by the spouse of a US citizen is forgiven.

Really. By the time you get to the point of needing to prove a bona fide marriage there is a pretty good chance that the child will already have been born, then you can use the birth certificate, until that point you will have to use the same documents as everyone else.
As for suggesting I don't understand, I at least have the ability to use sentences.
