On may 24 VSC transfered most of DEC and JAN filers to Texas service center. You may want to contact your congressman and senators. Call USCIS and ask for tier 2.
-
Time to play old Jimmy Buffet song " why don't we get drunk and........"
-
So its definitely us late jans getting left behind
Just saw where someone talked to their congressman office.. Confirmed going to TSC. They were also told that TSC HAS TO TRAIN their staff to do i-129s now. I hope they get help soon.
-
So far there are 3 of us jan filers who havent been transferred :/
Jan 25 NOA1, no transfer yet.
-
never heard of singleness certificate for USC.

Everybody has an opinion. They tell you what they think is correct answer. To this my friend, I suggest you talk to an attorney who deals with immigration frequently. Your case may be simple or complicated. Find a local immigration office and go and talk to an agent. You don't want to waste time and find out that you filed wrong type of visa.
-
Please remember to update your timeline, when you find out where you are transferred to.
-
I hope the transfers go smoothly, and processing speeds up. But when you talk about the US government, nothing makes any intelligence.
-
Be sure to update your timeline when you find out which service center you were transferred to.
-
I was wondering if it would be best, if everybody that recently got transferred, to change their time line showing which service center they are now at. It would give a more accurate account of how processing is going on Igors list.

VSC is transferring a bunch of I-129f to Texas service center to speed up processing!
-
Send in another service request and also contact Ombudsman

I've waited all day. No change for me, still at VSC. Jan 25 NOA1
-
Call USCIS, ask for tier2 (a supervisor) Ask them if you can send in the rest of your information, to be placed with your I-129f. Hopefully they will say yes. This will save you time and money from refilling!
-
I'm NOA1 of Jan 25 at VSC. Did not receive notice of transfer. Hope I get one later today.
-
A bunch of VSC cases were transferred so they can be processed faster. This is a GOOD thing!

We've contacted our congressman and will contact our Senator soon. It is time to get things going. The imbalance between CSC/VSC is cruel and completely unfair.
I do not know if our calls this week helped or if just coincidence, but at least some are transferred to other centers for faster processing. Yea!!! Unfortunately, mine no transfer as of yet.

I'm a Jan filer with NOA1 of Jan 25. I did NOT get notice of transfer. Recon I'm stuck at VSC which will suck.
-
Anyone know what this means? :S
On May 24, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
Congrats Queen, this means your petition will get processed sooner. I am jan filer with NOA! jan 25. I DID NOT get notice of transfer, so recon I'm stuck at VSC. This sucks!

Call to arms!!! Are you tired of waiting while CSC is leaving VSC in the dust? Now is the time to act! Immigration reform is front and center with your Congressmen and Senators. Call them this week and tell them that you (a US Citizen) should have priority over DACA ( ILLEGAL RESIDENTS)when it comes to petitions with USCIS. If you don't want to wait 6 - 9 months, now is the time to do something about it!
-
I am calling my congressman today. With immigration reform on their minds, we need to ask that US Citizens petitions get priority over DACA since they are ILLEGAL residents.

It is not specific to Hati. CSC went 8 months without processing a single I-129. Now CSC is approving at hyper speed to get caught up. Visa approved in less than a month are for expedites. Very hard to qualify for expedite.

Hey, could you please fill out your time line. It will give you an idea where you are at in filing times, it also lets us know where VSC is in processing applications.
