Yup! I saw that on my mom’s visa. So all she need to submit with the cfo officer are passport bio page, the visa issued and valid ID correct? Thank you for answering all my questions! I really appreciate it.

Send them the "Immigrant Data Summary" https://cfo.gov.ph/reservation-registration-rr-pdos-tagalog/

Orihinal ng alinman sa mga dokumentong kailangan para sa sumusunod na bansa.

    • Mga emigranteng papunta sa US (maliban sa nagtataglay ng K visa): Immigrant Data Summary
    • Mga emigranteng papuntang Canada: Confirmation of Permanent Residence
    • Mga emigranteng papuntang Italy: Nulla Osta
    • Mga emigranteng papuntang Japan: Certificate of Eligibility
    • Mga emigranteng papuntang Australia: Visa Grant Notification Letter
    • Mga emigranteng papuntang New Zealand: Letter or approval for Work to Residence visa

I saw that. But what does that mean? I googled what that is but they dont give that anymore in USEM. Its all digital now and I even asked my mom if the VO gave her anything after her interview and she said nothing.

  3. Hello everyone! I am very confused on what am I going to send for the Confirmation of Permanent Residence needed for the cfo? She just got her visa yesterday and I was trying to do get her sticker for cfo but one of the requirement is that. What do I need to send them? My naturalization paper? My passport? My drivers license? Obviously she doesnt have her green card yet since that will be mailed in within 120 days after payment and that will be sent here in the US. I would appreciate all of your guys help.

Thank you! She had her interview done yesterday. She said the officer basically told her the recommendation is a visa approval.

You had a post where you showed a screenshot of the visa “issued” in CEAC. Was that right when you logged in? I can still log in and I don’t know where to find that.

Congratulations to you and your mom! You dont need to sign in on your ceac account. You just need to click this link https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx and put in your petition details and it will show you if they already updated it. It will say Issued if visa is approved and It will say Ready if they havent updated on their end!

    Hi lorisglen,

My mom’s was DQd June 2020 and her interview is on Tuesday 11/9. I got this email checklist about uploading all documents to CEAC before the interview. We have already done that before she got DQd when all docs were submitted to NVC. Does she need to do them all over again or whatever were uploaded previously are good to go?

You just need to upload all updated documents. Such as recent W2s and tax transcripts (ie 2020 tax transcripts). Be sure to bring the physical copy on her interview date! Goodluck to your mom!

Just to update regarding my mom’s interview today. The interviewer only asked two questions. First is who is my co sponsor and thats my husband and second was regarding her name on my birth certificate. There was a little discrepancy on her name on the BC. After that, interviewer asked for her passport and no 221g letter was given to her. Consul told her that they will call her after a week for approval and they will deliver her passport thru mail. So I guess shes not yet approve but in the limbo of administrative processing. So i will update this again once she gets that call!

Quick update! I just checked the ceac visa status. And they updated it from Ready to Issued! My mom got approved! Thank God I was so anxious about the vagueness of her interview.

It was straight forward. My mother had an issue with INA 212(a)(6)(c)(1) so she was denied and I will try to submit a I-601 waiver and see what that brings us.

I resent an updated tax transcript and W2 though because it has been more than a year since I submitted those documents. I had my mother print those also and have it with her for the interview.

Thank you for the update! Did she get denied because of the public charge rule? Like the health insurance? Isnt that stopped already? Did they ask for the physical copy of the recent tax transcript and w2?

She is scheduled for interview on November 3. We had to reschedule because of the sputum culture delay. I had to reupload latest tax documents and W2 on the NVC site since the one that’s there was 2 years old already. I had my mother print the same documents so she could give it on the interview if they need it. Good luck to us.

Hi! How did your mom’s interview go? What were the questions that they asked her? Any update would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

you are lucky! My parents got DQ April 2020 and still waiting for an interview. I recently asked NVC to expedite their cases and still waiting for that too.

When is your parents medical? Please update us on how their interview turns out. Thanks!

My mom did her medical exam last Friday Oct 22nd. She needed a negative PCR test and she did everything all at the same day. She got her shots and everything. The people in the clinic told my mom that she needed another negative PCR test for her interview. Il update here once the interview is done!

  11. Just to update my IR5 case for my mother. Her case was documentary qualified on Aug 2020 and after more than a year, we got an email from the NVC stating her interview date! Its crazy because we just literally got it today 10/13/2021 and her interview date is on Nov 5 already. Thats literally only 3 weeks! We scheduled her medical exam already next week Oct 22 and omg the price of it. Its 17k pesos for the medical exam fee.

I filed I-130 for my mother on 02/23/2020 online. Got the receipt immediately. Case number starts with IOE. Service center is at Texas. Not that it matters. As of 03/02/2020, it says in process still.

My I-130 petition was approved on May 3rd. As of May 7, 2020 Both me and my mom from the PH got an email from NVC stating about details for the next step. It includes the case and invoice number
