I just had my interview today. It was approved on the spot. It was very easy but the waiting time was Too  long. I saw people with lawyers and interpreters. If u dont speak English what is the point to be USA citizen??

I submitted the application  on 3rd  of October and the   the interview will be on 6th of February 

I have checked my case and my interview was scheduled! 

i just walked in for my fingerprints. The original date was scheduled for 21st of October but i will be on vacation at that time. I just checked my case the estimate time shows February 2020 and ...

I will submit my papers tomorrow. I am applying based on the 3 year rule

I see that everybody is so stress out about this journey. My advice is if your extension  letter expired go get a stamp in case you will travel and enjoy the life. Dont think too much about the process nothing depends on us and we can do anything to speed it up. Stop checking the case status hundred times a day. Soon or later everybody will be approved;)

CSC ROC April filer 2017. I got approved on 27th of July 2018 and received the green card on 3rd of August. Good luck

Yes! We filled at the end of April last year at CSC  i havent been checking the case at all. I  didnt make myself crazy  Soon or later everybody will get their approvals. Just be patient  i have been traveling with the extention letter numerous time;) no problems at all

She can bring as many as she wants i have travelled numerous times and every time i had birth control pills in my check in baggage;) it has never been an issue;) so go for it

The old and the new passport isntt with the same numbers. I have my old passport (maiden name) in which there is a stamp saying reissued) and new passport (married name) and a flight ticket with my Maiden name. Nobody wants to change my last name and I was told to bring with me all the papers I have which are stating the name change. I dont know how people deal with the name change? Is it so difficult from the airline to change my last name? I will let you know what will happen tomorrow. if somebody has some advice please feel free to share. There wasnt any way that i could carry two valid passports that/s why i have a stamp and holes on my old one. but i will still carry it with me

I went to my home country. I have registered my marriage and change my passport with my married name. The flight is with Lufthansa operated by United airlines. None of those airlines is capable to change my last name. Any advice what i should do. Lufthansa is saying that United airline should change my last name and the other way too ... Any advice what i can do? will I have some problems of the admission in the USA? I have my old passport (stamped reissued) and my new Passport my marriage certificate another official document stating that my maiden name and my married name is the same person.

I would appreciate any advice!

They have traveled before. In Greece, Belgium Turkey ... Bulgaria is part of Europe and we dont need visa to travel in Europe. I think when we apply again I should be in Usa

I will go home(USA) in 12 days. I will probably start working in the middle of December. I was thinking that they can apply again in March. The only thing which will happen by then is that I will be in America not in Bulgaria.As i said my parents have a stable job, have enough money to show that they can support themselves. At the interview the person at the embassy didnt want any of their papers. she Just asked them what they work how much their salary is, why they want to go, and they asked where i am at the moment and they were told ... there is no reason for them to go cause i am at my own contry and I didnt settle down in USA. ( i dont know what exactly this means)

Hello everybody,

Last year i went to USA via K1 visa. Got married and received my green card last June. Today my parents didnt get a tourist visa. The reason they got was that I am in my home country and that there is no reason for them to come and visit me at this moment. How soon can we reapply? They have a stable jobs and enough money to support themselves. They just want to come and meet my family in law. They dont have any intentions to stay in USA permanently.

I found out when I checked my status online. I got a RFE on 26th of november and they got my response on 18th of December. So i would say that having a RFE doesnt restart the 90 day clock on my EAD.

I-765 form was approved today.

We had the same problem. We called USCIS NVC and everybody told us that the petition is no longer there. We emailed the embassy asking for the petition to be withdrawn and in couple days we got this email

You do not need to do anything. The petition has been already destroyed physically and electronically.

This petition was approved in 2012 but never forward to an interview. I didnt have any issues at my interview. But i print out the letter for a prove of withdrawing

I got my reguest for initial evidence for i-485

Thr first thing i forgot is to put the tax returnt transcript for 2013 instead i just put w-2 this problem is solved i have already order this tax transcript from IRS.

I need help for the other evidence request

* Based on the documentation submitted with form I-864, affidavit of support for the petitioner thr invome didnt meet 125% of the poverty guideline for the petitioner household size . ( our household size is just me and him)

They want evidence of assets but in general my husband's salary is almost over 70 000
