Looks like it's going to be a great day here. Yesterday I heard neighbors out shooting which is quite common on nice weekends. I think I will do the same today. I've got a handgun that I'm trying to dial in and today will be a great day to work on that. Then just a little yard work and a little rest. Love the weekends.

I had to look those up. Never heard of them. And they are made by a Bimbo? Bought a moving cat toy for our new pup that has been with us less than a month. She enjoys it but it moves kind of fast. Our older dog (year and a half) is totally scared of it.

Because I don't take any Rx meds I'm also on the no monthly charge part D, but...I still have to pay over $70 for it because of the IRMA I've been thinking about an ad blocker. Just yesterday i added the Chrome ad blocking extension. Is a regular paid ad blocking program much better? I'm guessing it looks like that at the end of every GS/ES weekend....or perhaps all the time. LOL

Wait, what? You can't be that old... I'm not happy. Next long trip to the Keys is supposed to be the last week of this month. Last night my wife tells me that her daughter that lives across the state wants us to take care of her kids in the middle of that week. The daughter wants to go to a concert in Las Vegas and her husband has a business trip at the same time. These are the same kids that disrupted my Christmas escape. And of course we will also need to attend to their two bunnies and tortoise. Wife doesn't want them at our house because of the mess that will be created, and I really don't want to stay (with our two young dogs) at their dump. Last time we were at their house I had to use the bathroom and I was seriously "afraid" of what I might catch. Really it was gross and I suggested that they should consider having a maid come once a month to help clean. The Brit husband says they can't afford it and the (6 and 8 year old) kids should be cleaning. I'm still trying to figure this out. Perhaps I will tell the daughter she must drive the kids and their zoo down to the Keys and pick them up after. She won't like that. I can see this is going to get messy.

Speaking of GenX, I have noted something the last few weeks while grocery shopping. It seems GenX and younger keep their shopping lists on their phone. Us Boomers have our shopping lists written in pencil on an old scrap of paper.

Glad to see you back. I thought maybe we scared you off. LOL I wouldn't worry too much about South Africa. Elon Musk has put in the good word. My daughter in law is from South Africa and some of the stories she and her family tell are rather frightening. Kids are clever aren't they?
