You will need a Letter of Initiation and a copy of her I.D. Card. in order to get a Visa and it should be for 10 Years.

Yesterday marks 15 Months in A.P. for us

They will not allow you in the Embassy, But She can take your Passport into the Interview with her to show the V.O. that you are there with Her.

I AGREE, I contacted my Senator's Office last week to inquire about our case too.2 Years of Marriage, 3 trips since the Marriage,4 before also a Denied K-1 . I also was there with her for the Interview and we are still in A.P. for over 1 Year with only up-dates here and there but no Decision!

I agree 100%.They asked my Wife where I was and she told them ..outside waiting on me. There is a good chance that they will ask where you are and it does make a Difference.

The embassy Provided us with a questionnaire about CCP Membership and also asked for a Resume in Chinese and English and also a list and Date of past travels.
Did your Wife receive this after the Interview?

April 5 pd..Transfered Nov. 18...nothing after that..hope to hear something soon..

Got mine Yesterday..we are at Texas too..hope we hear something real soon,Letter said if no decision within 60 days ,to call and put in a service request..but looking at tx. timeline ,we should hear something real soon(I HOPE)..????

In Beijing,There is only 1 Immigration Check and Best i can remember there is only 1 SERCUTIY CHECK.
There is a airport train that you may have to use ,but i have been thru there 4 times and you will have plenty of time,no problem

I got mine thru an Agency that went to the Chinese Embassy in Houston Tx...you can find Info..on the India Embassy Web Site, in your District..I hope this helps..also thur your Sect. of State Web Site..in your State
