I believe it depends on where you live, what skills do you have, what experience, education and what you are willing to do. And how well you speak and understand English
    There are jobs in America.
Our unemployment rate is still over 7%
The problem is finding a job with benefits and make enough to support your family

I suggest call the US Embassy. Talk to someone and explain that you have already complied with the requirements. Good luck!

Aside from green card, you can use either one of these:
    1. passport, visa and I-94 -> license will expire on the date stamped on I-94
    2. EAD card --> license will expire on the date on the card

Your first problem is getting a tourist visa. Your fiancee or her family cannot apply for you. You have to apply for yourself with your own merits and show that you will not be overstaying.

Request for a copy of the interview appointment from your mom.
You should find information on medical exam here: http://www.slec.ph/
Make sure you fill out the registration form online so you do not have to do it manually at the clinic.
For the interview, you can find information here: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/19452/public/Packet%204%20_appointment%20packet_%20English%20rtf%20_revised%20GSS_%20_2_%20rtf2_rtf__docx2_001.pdf
Also, I suggest to read up on the embassy reviews here: http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php?cnty=Philippines&cty=&dfilter=5
    Good luck!

Item 36: No. Because K1 is technically a non-immigrant visa.
You need to fill out the DS-156 online. It will be processed and the final form will have a barcode on it.
For the rest, DS-157 and DS-156K, they can be handwritten. Just make sure it is legible.

Sort out first your daughter's birth certificate. Find out how you can change it to whatever name you want to use. All documents must be consistent.

Listen to all the advises given here. You are just going to throw your $160 away. That is a fact based on your post.
It took me a few years of international travel, a few visas in my passport before I even attempted to apply for a US tourist visa.

redvelvet got a reaction from CaroSL in K1 applicant for fiancee in the US
Yes, it is possible to file for K1 while the beneficiary is in the US. Just make sure not to overstay and the fiancee has to leave US on or before the date stamped on the I-94. The fiancee has to do all preparation for the K1 visa interview in her home country.
