case complete for my 2 minors (sure there won't be checklist for 1864w if you meet the requirements)
unfortunately, for me , operator says i have a checklist, tried to find out what the checklist if for but they (2 operator i spoke with) don't give much info..i guess they're in a hurry to go home.
do they really send the checklist email 3 to 5 days after they review the case??

just got off the phone w/ Ms. Joy, well she's in a good mood and her voice was modulated into sweet , told me the usual 30 dayreview. hoping ours will be reviewed in just under 13 days like others..

try calling again, until operator "Todd" or "Gus" answers your call...
they're the most helpful ones.... gives the most info and explains well

thanks for your info regarding "magic jack". i downloaded it last month but wasn't able to use it not until just now, i finally figured out why.... - i kept dialling with "country code +area code +phone number" when it should only be "AREA CODE + PHONE NUMBER"
