i assume they will shedule an interview date , a soon a possible , your case jut complete 13 days ago you still need to wait a little bit more, im sure you'll have interview inchallah in August be happy

lastly it's normal to wait 1 month or 2 for your case to arrive in NVC , i waited almost 2 months without knowing what's happened , there are a lot of similar cases, dont worry

Yes, it's possible. Just call up NVC and once you get an operator, request to speak with a supervisor. Simple as that.
