I think its up to you, but i would include a cover letter and a copy of the checklist for easy review. NVC just told me that i will be receiving a checklist for DS-230 and I plan sending it in on Friday.

Talk to supervisor, might get lucky otherwise you have no choice but to send that again. I am bit worried seeing you guys getting RFE for documents you have already submitted. My IV yet to get reviewed.

NVC received my AOS on june 14th and my IV on june 17th. MY question do they review document first and then load in their system or first they put in system then review. I just called NVC, lady asked if i sent in my document, its 2 weeks now. Please reply if anyone knows about it. THanks

NVC received my AOS on 6/6 and IV on 13/6. AOS reviewed on 6/25, am still waiting for IV to be reviewed. New vs Old AOS caused delay. You will have to wait till end of the week or maybe next week to get everything reviewed.

First of all, I am not trying to complain, but only sharing my views in a logical manner. This makes me very confused about what NVC is doing. It looks like it’s taking them longer to review IV packages now than AOS, although if I understand correctly, the new vs. old AOS drama created backlogs for AOS reviews. I am not sure if they stopped reviewing IV packages during the new vs. old AOS drama break.

I totally agree with you. I sent my IV on 13th and still no update. no complain but it is taking longer then used to. May have to do with Old vs New AOS which is causing delay. Tired hearing that 20 business days script.

Yes I received a false checklist on the 7th of june asking me to send the AOS so I can consider it got accepted. Makes me think that I forgot to update my signature about it.

Thanks . You should call again to find out if anything missing from AOS. I called few times to make sure that I don't have anything missing and no checklist. Some IO's are polite and helpful, they usually tell you what is missing so that you can start collecting documents to send out.

Hi all i m from malaysia and received my noa 1 in february. now, My noa 2 approved and i got nvc email forwarded by my husband (petitioner). According to the email i need to fill in the the attached ds 3032 form to appoint the agent. I dont really understand it. When i read on nvc website, they are talking about paperless system where we can send email to communicate with them.Is that mean i can send them the email to appoint my agent . Or do I need to use the conventional way: fill in form and send it by post to nvc? If that case, Can i use hand written to fill in the form or i need to type it? Please help.thanks.

Congratulations on your NOA2. You should read 1st and 2nd post of July NVC filer. You need to send an email for 3032. Here find sample

Thanks dear. Yes I did. They asked for sponsor's W-2 and 2012 Tax Transcript. We sent 2012 Tax return but they wanted to see the tax transcript. I hope your case gets completed soon inshallah.

Thank you... W2 and Transcripts must be part of AOS check list and not IV. Did they ask you anything from Civic documents?

I don't participate a lot but I've been reading a lot all your messages.

We sent the AOS (old version) from France on the 3rd of June and it arrived at the NVC on the 12th. My husband just called. The woman told him that they just reviewed the package and that we should receive an email today or tomorrow... The weird things is that she couldn't say if we got an RFE or if the case was finally complete...

Did your IV got accepted?

thank you hopefully in mid july. the operator told me also yesterday that IV packet was already reviewed and they just only waiting the Singapore Police Clearance so hopefully I had a good news then?

I just submitted Police Certificate Clearance and updated Passport Biographic page. I am praying and hopeful that Hubby will be interviewed in July and will set foot in USA in July itself!!!!!

You could have told them that you will provide PCC at consulate. Would have saved at least month. It will be hard to get July interview as they are taking at least 2 weeks to review any documents you send. I am waiting for IV to be accepted. I sent it on 13th. I am looking at early AUG.

Once you get your case number, you should email them DS3032 and pay the fees if generated, then print the barcoded sheet and send out your AOS and IV packages.

Hi everyone, sorry if i am posting something that has already been answered but i am still waiting for a case no. at nvc they confirmed they received my info on June 24 and told me to call back in 25 business days if i haven't received anything. i cant go ahead and pay the fees can i? and which i-864 can i go ahead and fill out? im sure this info is right in front of my face but i am just not seeing it, thanks!!

You need a case number to pay the fees and you should fill new i-864. If you meet first 3 requirement of i-864EZ then you should go ahead with that.

Hi Guys We have submitted our I-130's for myself (British) and my son to move to the U.S. We got our NOA1 pretty quick and it's saying we are at Texas Service centre..does it leave from there to the NVC once we receive NOA2? Thanks in advance Samantha

Are you sure it is at Texas Service Center? because now a days almost all of i130's are directed to NBC and then local office.

I am one day ahead of you in the timeline, and our file is still at NBC and hasn't been transferred to a local office yet. My USC hubby called and spoke to a tier 2 yesterday.

Call again to make sure. I was given 5 different answers and only 1 was right about it.

I spoke to a io and she said that petitions usually don't get transfered unless something change with the case.

IO lied, most of the petitions after AUG12 are being transferred to local offices wether change or no.

IO's are known liars, they are given jobs because they are good at lying so people should not trust until they call few times to find out right answer. Personal experiance
