Thank you Lona! I am excited and everyone wants to come to the ceremony, even my coworkers 😂 will come back to let you guys know how it went. 
So just to double check, I am bringing my ead, 2 year gc, passport, state id and the oath letter. Do I need anything else ?

Csc does not process n400. You send the application to the lockbox, they route it to NBC and from there it's gonna go to ur local field office for the interview when it's ready to be scheduled. 

Even if your i751 is pending you are still a resident. The first year after you apply for ROC, you have the extension letter to prove that your residency has been extended by a year. If that year goes by and they still haven't reached a decision on your ROC, you need to go to the USCIS office and get the stamp in the passport, which means that your residency is extended for another year - or until they send you the new card. When you file for N400, make sure to include copy of  the extension letter of your I751 along with a copy of your 2 year gc and if that extension is expired - copy of the stamp in the passport.

I applied for Citizenship this April with a pending ROC. Every time I called them for my ROC, they kept telling me that they are doing background checks. So I thought that if I apply for n400, that will force them to give me a decision faster on my ROC. Wrong! After 14 months of waiting for my ROC, I called them again, the tier 2 lady was very nice, she put in a service request for me and around a week later I got an email from USCIS saying that both ROC and N400 will be adjudecated at the same time. One week later, my status for n400 changed to interview scheduled, so now I am just waiting for the letter to see when is the interview scheduled. So, I guess they will start with the I751 interview first and then move onto the N400 interview.
Conclusion: In my experience, filling for citizenship did not speed the decision for my ROC. However, even with the pending ROC - that did not slow down the process of N400 and I believe I saved some time by applying as soon as my window opened, rather than waiting for my GC and then applying for citizenship.
 
I don't think it'll hurt if you file for N400 while you have the pending ROC, worst case scenario - 2 interviews in one. Good Luck!

They didn't tell me anything. It would infuriate me if it took another year because we had to re-do our biometrics because they decided to toss them out. I called them last week and the lady who I talked to said that if I do not receive it by May 20th (that is my NOA date) to give them a call back. I will continue to call them until I get that approval. I do have an infopass scheduled for May 17th to get the stamp, so I will ask then what the heck it's happening. I know some people will say "what's the rush, you are a LPR, so you don't actually need the card" but this approval and their laziness is holding up my citizenship application, and that's just upsetting.

It's very simple: California Center approves their applications at 6 month, Vermont is at Nov 2015. I am Cali and I am approaching 7 months of waiting pretty soon. Why are you so anxious of getting this gc? Don't you have an extension letter?

I've been wondering that myself why so many people are getting so anxious! Everyone should have their cards and the extension letter. So there should be no issues with travel, or work authorization, or getting a drivers license. It's not like it's the geen card application where a lot is on hold or at stake until the card is approved. This is just a matter of time before the conditions are removed, unless there is a real underlying reason to be nervous. There's so many other reasons to get stressed out in life so why add another one?! Just sit back and let things happen when they happen! Worst case it takes a few months longer and your citizenship application window will open up.

Same as primary sponsor, I-134 and all the additional documents plus a BC or copy of passport or of GC. We had co-sponsor as well and had no issues as long as you give them what they ask for

Does it really take 2-2.5 weeks to deposit the check? Seems like so long...I would've thought that they would deposit it right away since it's $$$...
This waiting is making me nervous...I wanna make sure they are not sending my package back.
