I've asked my husband to quiz me lol

Haha. I asked him, and he said what he said, so I sent in a check. He also prefers doing our taxes by hand on paper because none of the e-filing options available to us are by the IRS. They're all third party.
He's very big on security lol

It bothers me because I sent all that #### for AOS and ROC. If they can't keep all my files together, then they really are incompetent. I really hate that I have to resubmit every ###### thing I already sent. I want my citizenship. We're considering living overseas, as well as the fact that the US passport is more powerful than my current one, on top of the fact that I want to petition for my brother to live in the US.

I really hate that it's AOS/ROC all over again.

Begs the question why the 2nd September is so important.

I always get the X. The machine scans my LPR card and I answer a bunch of questions and have my photo and fingerprints taken, and then have to get all that done again anyway by the officer. My passport is in my maiden name and my LPR card is in my married name, so that's probably why it gets flagged.

Please do not resize anything. It's hard enough having to go through the formatting over and over again removing irrelevant html.

I applied based on marriage to a USC, so 3 years. I filled it in 5 years, but I've lived in the US for 9 years now.
You should only fill in the last 3 years then, since you're applying based on marriage.

I checked myself again, because the remarrying part was something I read while I was looking up things for the 864. Looks like I was wrong on the first qualifier. Should change that to:
The beneficiary becomes a US citizen or
The beneficiary can be credited with 40 quarters of work or
The sponsor dies.

I'm honestly not sure all that material is needed. I get that a number of people were asked for their birth certificates at the interview, for example, but I can't imagine that would be applicable for the majority. Why do they need my birth certificate to check that my name and birthdate are correct? They already have a copy of my passport that has my birthdate in it.

You can only apply for naturalization based on marriage to a USC if the USC has been a USC for at least 3 years. Am I to understand that your husband has been a USC since June 2014?

She can only apply for citizenship on the basis of marriage to a USC if the USC has been a USC for at least three years.

There are a number of older threads regarding visiting the US on a tourist visa or VWP while waiting for the K-1 processing (here). All of them warn of being prepared to be denied entry worst case scenario if Border Control is not convinced that your girlfriend will leave after her visit. She has to show them strong ties to where she's visiting from, including a return trip ticket itinerary.

Some people have had RFEs for not including the medical form in with the original packet.

By removing conditions on her 2 year GC, she will receive the 10 year GC. the I-751 Removal of Conditions application is the same thing as the 10 year GC.
The US will not make her give up her Philippines citizenship, nor does she have to renounce it and reapply. Just send in your I-751 and once that has been approved or you meet the 3 years residency FROM THE RESIDENT SINCE DATE ON THE 2 YEAR CARD, then you can apply N-400. Your wedding anniversary is irrelevant.
