  3. You visited quite a bit. Did you meet you're fiance on one of these trips or was it because of him why you visited initially?

And what are you gonna do when he gets that approval and when he lands in Chicago (keep it PG 13 :) )?

I went through a nasty divorce about 11-12 years ago. My friends dragged me to Jamaica. I was instantly in love with everything Jamaica!!! I would get down there any chance I could get. MoBay was my place of choice. About 2 years ago, I met my fiance. And here is where we are today. Waiting patiently today for his interview at 1:30. And to answer your other question....on what we're are going to do when he gets here....well....aint nothing PG13 about that.:whistle:

I havent seen him in 10 months!! yes 10!!!!!

  4. I was thinking the game, since whenever it comes on my fiance's ADHD kicks in and I am on ignore. LOL! I have never paid attention to the crickets, I will when I go in August.

Definitely saying prayers for Thursday.

I've been to Jamaica 15 times over the past 10 years, and I woud stay up in Hopewell, and the crickets were so loud up there. I guess I'm loud too :)

Thank you for the prayer! This time around I didnt sleep too good. The original interview date I was able to get to sleep but this time around, not so much. Really can't concentrate! Ugh - 2PM hurry up!!!!!

  5. Jamaicancricket did you choose your name based on the cricket game or based on the insect? I think it must be the game.

And wish ou the best on Thursday

LOL - Actually...the cricket. Not the game. As much as a sport nut as I am...its the jamaican crickets I love to hear. It's one of my favorite things in JA.

And thanks for the good luck for thursday! Where is your case at?? What stage?

  7. Oh, well that's good then. Let us know bout your future interview and celebratory dinner that's be cooked upon approval (sorry, I'm kinda hungry right now).

LMBO! I sure will let you know! And why is it that its always and only you, kennard and I posting in this party?? We have an occasional visit...but its the 3 of us that always come back?!

  8. Sorry about the not so good news. Pardon my lack a knowledge but what does getting the dreaded blue slip mean?

blue slip means that we need to go back and get more information/documents. In our case, he admitted to being arrested in March and they want him to go back to the courthouse and get the documentation that it is/was cleared up and that nothing is pending. We've already picked it up and requested another interview date. Hopefully this will keep moving. The blue slip is not a denial, its just that they want to see more or something was omitted.

  9. Of course you can marry him and petition to bring him to the US. Don't let the haters get you down.

Click on 'guides' up at the top and start reading about what you need to do

The lack of income is an issue but as long as you have a co-sponsor you should be fine

Are you looking to bring the childres as well? If yes then study on derivative vises (and those that have them and those that don't) as well as the requirements (need permission from the children's mother)

    Good luck on your journey

I'm Canaian and my husband sucessfull imported me!

I couldn't agree with you more!
