if you are beneficiary they are concerned with your mailing address where to send you stuff...so either get a P.O. BOX or...stay put
...or just give them a call and they (immigration officer) should be able to answer

You are fine, those are not reasons for denial
-
if all happened after you submit docs you are fine, things happen all the time..no worries here

I suggest you call and talk to Immigration officer...they'll give you the timeline and everything.
Thanks

Your employer can write all of that in their letter...you current pay rate, your future pay rate and the effective date as well as the intent to keep your OT hours...
You should not need a cosponsor...125% should be enough...Don't worry about the past, it is all about the future.
Good luck- I think you are in good shape.

I sent a copy - no issues whatsoever

Nothing, no translation needed...she will interview in Peru and they speak Spanish there (I WOULD HOPE THAT EMBASSY STAFF DOES)...I submitted hundreds of Skype printout pages on my native and we were fine...( I was actually in the embassy with her for the interview but non the less...they just glanced over the Skype printouts)
Me and my girlfriend speak in chat during our 4 yr relationship, but in Spanish. What do I need to do in order to present it was proof, translate and take to a notary? Do I need to take anything and everything in Spanish to a notary?
I am in the U.S.A.
She is in Peru.
Additional questions: She has a child, father signed a paper from the notary in Peru stating the child can travel out of Peru. Of course it is in Spanish, does that need to be translated and resubmitted via a notary? Or just translated?
What additional information do I need to present for the child to come with my fiance? And is there an additional cost I need to pay along with the 340 USD?

Hopefully others will find this helpful...Thanks for sharing

It should not be a problem as long as you have settled all outstanding fines and damages...

since your first wife went back, should be no problem...that was bona fide relationship and she did not stay ...so new chapter now and hopefully another bona fide relationship...easy to prove...few trips, pics etc...You should be fine.
