I read everything ... Just now. I am shocked how far a parent would go, to use their kids to stay in the US. Incredible ... For everybody that is working an paying tax. We ALL went the LEGAL way! We ha to through a lot and many also didn't make it until the end. Here and now, should be your end. You should pack your things, stop using your kids and go home. And you said very, very mean things to others in this forum. Nobody should have even those evil thoughts, when others trying to give you their honest opinion, no matter if you like it or not. This all here is about a DL and EAD and not your kids. Start being honest to yourself! The kids aren't the one who are making the desicions and Canada isn't a 3rd world country! Healthcare is even better there than here. And PS: I don't care if you attack me now, I just needed to share my honest OPINION here.

True statement!
Just because people are able to adjust their status faster within the states, doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to leave the country. If many of you had the chance to do that (legally!) adjust while being with your loved one, you would!

I am not trying to judge, but maybe you shouldn't think about remarrying a US Citizen and IMMIGRATION Papers before even getting a divorce started or BEING divorced!

Put N/A in the forms, because of the VWP. There's a slightly difference between the meanings N/A or NONE and you should choose the right one!

That also happens in the US all the time ... People form different states for example. Shouldn't be your problem tho, how they are spending their money.

If you have no intentions marrying someone else, why would you even ask?

1) talk with your husband about everything and maybe he's willing to change so you can make it work
2) go to his squadron commander. they will help you for sure!!! this will have serious consequences for him.
3) leave him, go back to Russia & start a new life

I would be a little careful with making comments like that here. maybe she's actually the exception. maybe she had a good reason. we don't know the story and we aren't here to judge people. People judged me like crazy here, because I adjusted my status from VWP. I would NEVER judge a person like that, because I know how it feels to be on the other end!

you don't need an attorney, if your case isn't complicated. and from what I read, it isn't. I adjusted from VWP within 2.5 months without an attorney and I am glad I stayed here instead of going back. if you research all the papers you need, you will understand the whole progress. like I said before, MANY people did it and will still do.

OP mentioned before, that of course the military knows about her, but he husband is telling his commander that they are divorcing. for his CO, there's no reason not to believe him. squadron commanders are very busy with other stuff & wouldn't follow up on the situation. also, even if he would have enrolled her in the DoD system without telling his commander, he wouldn't know about his wife. commanders don't get the information: listen, one of your workers just enrolled his wife. my husbands command didn't know until we told them in person. the military is big. keep that in mind.
