It will be expired as same as your ID. Once you get your EAD, come back to Texas DPS, its validation will be extended to match EAD expiration (1 year)
Once you get your 2 year green card, your DL expiration will expire in 2 years.
Conclusion: your ID/DL expiration will be same as your immigration status. Once you get your citizenship, then this hassle will end.

Sorry but it did happen. Which state are you residing? And how much was the merchandise? Usually it is a misdemeanor, and results in fine and/or service hours. You should not deal with it yourself, consult an attorney and consider before pleading guilty. He might be able to have it dismissed.
Don't send in I-751 (part1/question 20 with yes answer) until the case was settled and you have a court disposition to send in along.

You file jointly but you are not living together aka bona-fide, it is called fraud. Let alone, she mentioned "he is supportive for my green card" even though they are apart. Don't give false advise when you don't know anything.

Calm your horse, you filed jointly but your marriage is not bonafide at the time you file, and "supportive stuff". That is called fraud. Fraud doesn't only mean fraud marriages but it also means you file jointly but you are not bonafide.

Do you really trust someone story just because he/she tells you that?
It is time for you to find a lawyer and expect a lengthy process. DIY is not for your case.

I had my marriage-based N400 interview today at Phoenix office. My experience was really pleasant. Officer asked me:
    What is freedom of religion?
    How many senators are there?
What is the ocean on the east side?
When must men to register for selective service?
    When was the Constitution written?
    Which state borders with Canada?
She asked me to read "Who is on the dollar bill?"
She asked me to write "The flag is red, blue and white."
When she went over my application, she asked to see my passport to verify dates. She asked if my spouse was accompanied with me on trips, and why not? She never asked for any documents else, I brought a whole package but she only wanted to see my passport. She then printed a lot of papers and told me to sign and verify my address info so they could mail Oath mail within 2 - 4 weeks. I saw her stamp "Approved" and write dates on my N400, and she put a sticker on my file. She gave me form N-652 with "Congratulations! We recommended your approval" marked. Now I am waiting for my online status to change. Good luck to all waiting, God bless you all.

Never request for voluntary departure if you wouldn't leave, this DIY forum is not for your case, except saying "good luck." Find a great immigration lawyer, expect lengthy, expensive and rough journey for your immigration. Good luck.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in I am a permanent resident, married to an US Citizen and my mom just had her visa denied.
Every case varies, you can't apply your friend's girlfriend to others. The fact is that her daughter is an immigrant in the US, who has pending N400. In IO perspective, it always has intention to immigrate.

    1. Submit AR-11 online at uscis.com
    2. USCIS will communicate with you through the address you will provide on I-751 form. No need to worry much.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in Greencard Holder, Divoce. Any experts please help.
You can stay out of the States up to 1 year without a reentry permit. But CBP has sole jurisdiction to determine if you have abandoned your Green card. If that case you need to appear before a judge to prove you still maintain your green card.
FYI, your citizenship wait time is also reset.

Do you have his letter in your hand? Why are you so sure?
OP: When did you submit your AOS? FYI, I-693 is valid only one year, if it is more than one year, sorry but you need to do another I-693. About I-864, which tax year did you provide with it? If it is not current 2013 then you need to redo an I-864 reflecting your most tax return income, which is 2013. If the supporting tax is current, just bring your copy of I-864 and your w2s, paychecks... Good luck.

I believe ESTA form only checks if a name is on blacklisted and it doesn't check your background. Chances are USCIS will find out your arrest record. I don't know much about caution but an arrest needs to be listed on USCIS. I would recommend you to consult an experienced lawyer, your case is not safe for DIY. Good luck.

Uscis documents don't require signatures. Usps loses mails everyday so there will be no lawsuit considered.
