I am so sorry this happened to you and I hope you will be able to heal quickly.
But If you think this is an international marriage problem only, then you are mistaken.
This kind of thing happens domestically everyday.

It's kind of funny...
when I got my NOA2 back in June....I thought this is "awesome". We will have interview by August.
Then it took 37 days to get case number...."ok, we will have interview by September".
Then we just sit at NVC...."ok, maybe we will have interview in October".
Now I am thinking...."I hope we get interview by November.

Wow....USCIS, NVC, etc.....has resorted to telling out right lies for their excuses.

NVC will keep your case open for 1 year with no activity.

Quit calling this the "Dream Act"....this is NOT the Dream Act.
The Dream Act has NEVER passed into law (as of yet).
This is a temporary "Deferred Action" program for those who qualify.

This has absolutely no affect on his visa application...

I was given a lot of grief for marrying my wife with only knowing her for 10 months....
Now if I say what I want to say here....
Members here will give me a hard time again.

First 3 letters is the consulate abbreviation
Next 4 numbers is the year of issuance
Next 3 numbers is numerical date from Jan.1 + 500
Next 3 numbers is the case filed into NVC for that day.
In your example it was the 7th case entered into the system on April 25th, 2012
