Sear got a reaction from Jasmine&Roni in Medical exam before NVC complete?
In Finland, they don't require you to have an interview date set, due to the fact that there are only 3 doctors who perform the medical and therefore you might end up waiting for the medical for longer than the actual interview. The medical results are valid for 6 months I belive, so if Norway's panel physicians allow it, I don't see a problem with it. I suggest contacting the doctors directly and/or the embassy to find out how long it would take to get an appointment in the first place. This may be very Norway-specific stuff, as canadian_wife pointed out, but good luck either way.
Edit: Just now realized you're getting interviewed in Sweden, but still the above applies. Hope some Swedes drop by to chime in!

I understand your frustration but some of those (a large portion) who our President is legitimizing are not illegal because they did something wrong, it is their parents who made the choice and now they are left between a rock and a hard place. We cannot be angry at those who did not have a choice in their illegal status. We tend to lump everyone together and not show compassion to those who deserves compassion.

I'm more concerned about your ultimate success than your feelings. You asked about yes and no questions, to which you knew the correct answers. Just what was the purpose of your question again. Were we supposed to tell you to answer YES when you already knew the answer was NO? Were we supposed to tell you NOT to want a Social Security card if you want one? Were we supposed to tell you not to allow the Social Security Administration to do what they clearly told you they need you to allow in order to get what you want?
If these are tough questions for you, how did you do on the names and dates of birth, addresses etc.?

Not trying to be mean.
How is this different from any other family?
I presume the child is with her parents, so where is the family separation?
Why should having an US citizen child give the parents a "presidential" opportunity to live in the US?
Every other family has to wait until the US citizen child to turn 21 before the child can petition for the foreign parents.
Why should this case be handled differently?

I do believe there is still misrepresentation. However, the big question is - was the answer recorded? Frankly, the OP's questions have been answered, we have brought up red flags in his case, and I don't think there is a lot more we can help him with.
Meanwhile (and ceadsearc, I am not including you on this) there have been some judgmental responses in this thread. We are not here to judge, we are here to give advice and help people at whichever stage of their journey they are on. Comments to the effect of "You liar! You tried to game the system! People like you make me so mad!" are not helpful or germane to the thread. They are opinions ONLY.
