Now time for the Good News:star: Got my CC today!
Yup from Case# 3/8/12 to CC 4/3/12, that's 27 days, and thats 27 days with 2 Checklists. It's just like what Saylin always says, You Gotta Be On Top of it with NVC, like a Fly on a...... ummmm well that part i added but you get my point.
Just want to say Thank you to Saylin and to everybody else for their time spent answering my endless questions.

Sorry but provoking people isn't fun, nor is it polite/mature. If we are all stressed out, maybe we're coming in here to relax/get answers/feel BETTER...not worse. And for the record, every time I see you ask about "where's my interview date" I want to punch my computer...I have been waiting for two weeks for an invoice that EVERYONE ELSE gets in DAYS, but that's less important than your interview? Nope. We're both just as important to the people who love us and are waiting for us. So play nice.

Done! I emailed Supervisor Sue and asked for an expedite so we can have our interview date assigned sooner! I wrote, IMO, a very convinsing letter! If there is any human bone in her body she will not be able to say no

My lunch consisted of chocolate in the car on my way to the midwife (that baby i'm carrying around has a huge thing for chocolate right now )...good thing it's almost dinner time over here. I'm starving!

Typical they doing it now, we just paid! We could have saved a little money since we are doing two visas.. oh well it's good news for people who are in the process

I've been asked quite a few times here on VJ Why we decided to use a lawyer. And my answer has been My husband! I swear if his head wasn't attached to his body he'd lose that too!
At first we planned on me doing everything but when we were up in anchorage last summer we talked to a lawyer and she was so nice, and it felt good just to gather up everything and give it to her! she filled out everything for us and we just had to sign!
And looking back on things I'm so glad we did it this way cause I got pregnant and with my hormones running through the roof i'm not sure my husband would have survived this process had I been relying on him to get his papers in order

I asked for any updates on our cases and he told me they were waiting to schedule our interview in Stockholm!! So I had to ask him if that meant both cases were closed And his answer "They sure are mam" were the sweetest words I've heard in a long time

I'm gonna sleep a whole night! Our baby will be just a few months and it will for sure be his time to take the night shifts when we get there
But we'll also do a trip down to Legoland and Seaworld in San Diego and swing by Disneyworld, it'll be a treat to my son before school starts

I've been trying to call a couple of times the last few hrs, but when they start with saying " due to the heavy volum of calls you can expect to wait 5 minutes or more..." I hang up cause it'll be too expensive being on hold. So could everyone in here just hang up your phones and clear the lines for me??

I made my husband bring a huge, and I mean huuuuge, bag filled with shoes back to the US with him last time he was here When we do move over hubby promised to buy me new stuff if I promised to throw away as much as possible lol. Now my son is another matter though, we've promised him he can bring with him whatever he wants, I want him to feel at home when we get there so I'm sure we gonna send over quite a few boxes

Haven't you during all these years called them even once?

I'm really happy we got a lawyer, my husband is totally not organised and I would probably end up with an ulser if I was gonna rely on him getting all the paperwork done!
But we have an awesome lawyer who really knows what she's doing, she's not sitting around waiting for official emails she's one step ahead all the time. I say it's money well spent!

I think I should sleep more, it's when I sleep I get good news
My lawyer, who apparently works saturdays ,emailed me saying that my sons visa fee bill had showed up on friday already and she had paid it then! Hopefully mine will be accessible on monday so she can send our last documents in soon!! Now I really really really want it to be monday already

I sure did! And it only took one call, I got me and my sons case numbers!! Yay!!!
Now since we been using a lawyer she will recive an email with all this info, but since I like to be ahead I emailed her as soon as I got off the phone. Told her that we got our case numbers and this and that... She's been good and fast with everything so I know she'll get on it asap

It took 202 days but now it's here, NOA 2 woooohoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!
