Hi Falene, has your petition reached USCIS? Any updates on your case? MY fiance was also denied his visa and petition is in the process of being sent back.
It really seems unfair if they don't take any of the evidence. In your case, the marriage would also be additional evidence of the relationship. They will want proof that your marriage is legitimate too.
