You realize that all the 129F timelines on VJ only represents about 5% of all the 129F petitions that CSC receives each month?
When you don't see any immigration timeline update on VJ, it doesn't mean that all CSC employees just went on vacation.

When people start making their own assumptions instead of following the instruction given and do what they are asked for, that's when they get into trouble.
RFE stands for request for evidence, you were supposed to send the evidence they asked for along with the letter. You don't just send homemade letters and emails and hope it will be okay.
Unfortunately hope doesn't get you immigration visa, but following instructions strictly is. I am afraid your RFE response will be insufficient and your petition denied, sorry...

Here is one of the untold stories about AOS denied because of visa fraud suspect
    http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/345924-usc-married-f-1-student-and-applied-for-aos/
Maybe it will turn out fine, maybe it won't.
It's like gambling, the stake is your entire future. Let's say the odd is good and the risk of getting AOS denied based on intent is pretty small.
How small the risk would it make you comfortable to gamble your future 10%? 5%?
if you lose your partner will be deported and very likely banned for a very long time. That is a pretty big stake for anyone.
I personally don't like to gamble my future, so I do things the legal and bullet proof way ( which is already stressful, taking long time enough)

    Congratulation!
As said, there is no expedite for pregnancy. What you can do is to be really well-prepared. Spend time on this forum and educate yourself about the process, so you have the required documents in timely manner.

At this point, your primary concern is not to prove your relationship but to prove that you have met in the last two years.
Some pictures of you and YOUR FIANCEE are good for secondary evidence but they will not stand on their own.
It appears to me like you should make another trip before filing as you do really need some primary evidences. Those e-email itinerary/flight reservations are useless.
p.s. We had about 35 flights in the last two years to see each other and we also did not keep a SINGLE boarding pass. Seriously who ever keeps those unless you knew from the start you need it as evidence for immigration to the US?
Lucky, we had all our passport stamps though which is probably the most important evidence.

Sorry you are going nuts. But the fortune teller orb that VJ has been using to look into the your future gets a little dusty. I have looked into the orb and got a new timeline for you.
Your I-129F will be approved within 1000 days.
Now that should stay fixed and not moved back and it is pretty accurate estimate you can bet your house on it.

As other already have said, even if you do have a ground for expedition your letter and your words alone will not do it.
You need a hard copy documents/statements issued by third party authority who has no personal interest in your case.
Because anyone can write a letter then everyone would request expedition.

    Congrats.
In short, your petition will be sent to NVC ( national visa center), then a case number will be assigned to your visa application and your application will be sent to the US Embassy in the UK.
You will receive the so-called packet 3 which tells you what documents you need to gather. You also have to go to medical exam. When you have gathered all the required documents, you call the US embassy and schedule an appointment for interview.
Right now it's a good time to start gathering documents, affidavit of support and financial documents etc
Someone has posted a very good guide for UK somewhere, I can't find it but maybe some other people from UK will help you with that.
p.s. please spend 5 minutes to create/update your timeline, it will help a lot of other people in the forum. Thanks

I feel you pain, we are all in the same boat...
Those people who filed in december and got approved already had their cases expedited. I am 100% sure. The CSC got to August filers now, so your case is taking a bit longer than usual.
Imagine, all the cases that come in CSC got put in boxes.. Let's say 100 cases per box. Then one adjudicator is assigned to each box to handle the applications.
Some adjudicator works faster than others, some boxes might have "difficult" cases that take longer than normal.
Your case could need additional background checking or simply ended up in a "bad box"
Hang in there, it's worth the wait.

I am very surprised you were issued a tourist visa when you had K-1 pending. You definitely had intend to immigrate when you entered the country and deciding to get married on a tourist visa, file for AOS and cancel the K-1 application points directly at visa fraud. You can of course go ahead get married and file for AOS but if you get unlucky and get AOS denied. Looks like the USCIS will have a pretty strong case against your appeal, in that case deportation might be the only outcome.
Looks to me like you were on a safe path to immigrate to the USA using K-1 but now you want to gamble your future just because you made plans before you get a visa when it is always advised against.
Take it as a privilege that you got lucky to be with your fiancé while waiting for the K-1 visa, not many of us are that lucky.
    Good luck

If we explicitly know what kind of evidence they are looking for when proving "intent", then all the people would have gone that easy illegal route to green card and avoid getting caught for visa fraud, don't you think?
The fact is you never know what they are looking for and will use against your case.
You can estimate a chance in % that you might get caught for visa fraud if you plan to go A) or B). Give any number that you are comfortable with but remember that IF you are caught with visa fraud, your adjustment of status will be denied and your fiancee will be deported, possibly have a ban placed on her for 10 years.
So, are you ready to gamble your future and life together on that % ?

This is precisely why I think the constitutional right to automatic citizenship should be amended.
Op, I have to say I am pretty disgusted that you did so without the proper insurance to cover your own medical needs. It is not the Us taxpayers' responsibility to pay for the birth of your son. It is not your right to 'take medicaid for your son'. whether you are the man or woman is irrelevant...either you yourself were pregnant, or your spouse was. Obviously from the dates, you did not impregnate someone on American soil....so there was a clear and definite motive showing. Shame on you.
Eta: I am not trying to be awful here, but I think what you've tried to do is clear, and as a Us taxpayer, I am offended that you've taken such liberties that were not owed to you, when the USA is already struggling enough as it is.

The information you found here on VJ is just more elaborated and explained in simple terms but all the information here is still from the USCIS.
VJ'er don't make up things you need to do, but there are sometimes good advices based on other people's experience.
Besides the I-129F form, there is an I-129F instruction which lists all the required documents to be send with the package. I guess your fiancé hasn't read that one.
