The group has also forged close bonds for our husbands because the go out to eat at naitive restaurants,they play soccoer weekly and support each other because they need ties from Africa having no other family here. We came up with the name "THE REAL CHARLOTTE HOUSEWIVES OF AFRICA" kinda as a spoof to the show but now we are having more ladies and husbands visit Charlotte.

Hey ladybug. Well the group originated with 4 members from VJ, Lissaphilla,Gsummit,Mao and myself. I reached out to ladies in the Charlotte NC and SC area we started talking on the phone then we had our first meeting back in Nov 2011 a week before my hubby came into the country. Thier husbands were here already. We had a blast and decided to take it seriously to support each other.

Hey, you've been silent..I'm up getting ready to go get Prince about 4 am. My heart is so broken. Found out my good sister friend has breast cancer and is moving to Canada for treatment. Been crying all afternoon just can't wrap my mind around it. Call me when you can.
