Called the embassy and got reasons for denial. Both reasons are speculative on the part of the officer. Most likely we're going to marry and start again . Our case is most likely expired but if we get to give a rebuttal we'll be prepared for it. Faith that God will see us through it all.

I don't believe this & (probably neither will you) but I "received" my NOA2 2 weeks ago- no text, no email. I just so happen to check my mail today & there it was amongst bills & advertisements. Smh! Wtw!! Well, the long wait is over, I guess. I'm just dumbfounded right now.

Last year on this day I was in Kenya with Ben and it was the day before his interview...the day he had to drop off all his paperwork at the Embassy, tomorrow would be the actual interview. I thank God for all His love, guidance, and strength that He showered upon us during this time. It's been a year already, and it feels just like yesterday. My husband is home, and yes...I thank God for that with every breath I take.

Thanks to VJ, I just realized that me & my husband have been married for 6 months today! Lol.I honestly have been taking one day @ a time & hadn't even thought about this. Where is that hammer bopping emoticon cause I need it right now!!! OMG!

Well, I guess getting a not clearly approvable is different than an outirght denial. Now, on to find out why we're not clearly approvable. Can't wait for all this to be over though I know that will be a long time from now.

I want to talk about ADJUSTING TO EACH OTHER because once he/she is home it's different love story. I advise you to like who you marry. Love simply isn't enough to make it thru. Once the romance of travel, letters, emails and webcams becomes Honey I'm home we have to adjust. Adjust to everything from food to sleeping. Respecting each others cultures but not completely changing yourself or expecting them to change. HONESTY IN CONVERSATION WILL OPEN THE EARS AND THE HEART.
