  1. May the success is yours for this journey and beyond!
  2. There is no set time frame for a USCIS to schudule an interview. It depends upon the caseload at the local USCIS office. How did you know the file has arrived?
  3. This is what I meant. Since there is nothing in regulations on timeframe, one can argue that USCIS should not unnecessarily prolong the processing of their application. USCIS projects a reasonable timeframe as 180 days but it takes well over that. I could argue that and several courts have held that it is the responsibility of USCIS to implement and procure resources to process an application within that reasonable time. In my believe the term "reasonable " begs for further inquiery.
  4. Hi Everyone, I have my Form N-400 pending for some time now. While I do not expect any movement any time sooner, I have another question. Does anyone know of any USCIS Policy regulating processing times? I understand there is nothing as far as the maximum time, but is there anything that establishes a minimum bare time limit or a standard?
  5. Did you try to send email to transfer address as well?
  6. USCIS will use the biometrics they have in your file. This is an N-400 interview notice, however, you made a typo in date as it supposed to be June 28, 2022. You must have applied for Naturlization. Good luck with the interview.
  7. USCIS cannot request for you. You have to sign and file the form to request.
  8. Greetings, I understand one of the factors contributing to N-400 delays has been the COVID-related of closure. Since FRCs are back in progress, why do we still see significant laps in case movement?
