skiptex got a reaction from Natsukiii in Request does not meet the expedite guidelines established by USCIS
i thought I-130 was to petition relative to immigrate..
i don't see how the expedite of form and you leaving the country are related to this form.
or am i missing something with this.. ?

skiptex got a reaction from TBoneTX in Do they google you?
not really..
we used prometido and prometida..
we never refereed to each other has husband and wife.. i told her the at K1 interview NOT to allow the CO to refer to us as married or husband/wife.. the CO actually did ask about "her husband".. Rossana immediately corrected the CO.. SEVERAL times.. trying to catch a slip up
if you start throwing around that word, and it becomes second nature.. it could cause problem, if the CO catches you making that mistake during interview..
so be cautious..

Right I'm aware, I wrote this topic before you responded to the other thread. Appreciate your response.
Thanks. I'm not to worried about the wait cause we have no connecting flights so it is what it is. I was just curious to see what people's recent experiences were. We'll find out soon! Thanks again and best of luck to you.

skiptex reacted to Asia in I got denied after 11 months of waiting Now WHat
It's really sad, that after wasting so much time being separated you want to waste even more time for your invalid petition, instead of meeting and waiting for the proper petition to process.
But good luck with your immigration process.

Here is a pic of our legal wedding at the registry office, our penguin cake topper, and our religious wedding which was held on the warmest day for many years in Ireland (and me in a long sleeved, modest dress ).

Rumor has it Steve is the Dictator for life of a small island he landed on while on a three hour tour.
Here's my wife and I right after the marriage license was signed. The two in front is a long time best friend of mine and my eldest daughter. They were the best man and maid of honor as well as the witnesses on the license.

In "Spanish" culture we say "comprometido/comprometida". That's accurate. Those of us who speak Spanish, say this. And I can assure you that in Spain, who are actually Spanish mind you, they say this when referring to someone as their "fiancé/fiancée". Esposo/Esposa is the correct term for being married. Meaning "Spouse".

For the record, it's not "hubby/wifey", it is husband and wife. As members have stated before, those titles are RESERVED for those who are married. Adults and consulates understand and acknowledge that concept. Just because you got approved does not make it applicable for everyone else/other parts of the world. It's best not to mislead others into potentially digging themselves into a hole.

She could, it wouldn't be the first time someone has done something like that. It's very wrong, I don't agree with it, but as she's pregnant she's also hormonal and that puts you at risk. Honestly she doesn't want to proceed so your only choice is to leave. Like I said, before your visa expires so you can still visit your child after it's born.
She may come to her senses a few months from now, or a year from now, but if she does, I suggest you fly to the US (or while she's visiting you) get married, and file for a CR-1 visa. Then you're not stuck in the US at her mercy waiting for the GC, you're back in your country and safe from her outbursts. In this case you also need her sponsorship and she's already demonstrated she doesn't trust you.
Your other choice is to try and enter the US on a student visa, or work visa. That will give you a chance to live here legally and be around your child. A work visa can also lead to a GC (if your work sponsors it) so she won't be on the hook financially.
Right now though, you don't have any avenues to stay, she doesn't WANT you to stay and she's volatile and hormonal. I suggest you leave asap.
