Im with you on the cost, its not so much the not being able to find things, but more what they cost when you do. I did once pay $7 for a packet of Digestives, it must have taken me 5 minutes to eat each one, i savored every mouthful and hey were THE best packet ive ever eaten,lol

Why not call or e mail them, explain the situation and ask them for a physical address, most places have them.
Infact on their webpage it says:
