Well I am officially a US citizen!   The ceremony was hectic but great!   I registered to vote, updated my info at social security, and yesterday I applied for my passport!  The odd thing is at the passport appointment they wanted my marriage certificate.  I couldn't for the life of me figure out why since my naturalization certificate and drivers license are in my married name but I went and got it at home just in case.

Interview was successful, oath ceremony is being scheduled, and feet have been in the Atlantic Ocean. Life is good! 😊

I have everything sorted and ready to go!  Hopefully I don't forget anything!   I am so nervous!    I keep mixing up a few of the questions, just hope & pray I don't freak out and blank on everything!!   It will all be fine, I am sure!

N-400 interviews are generally short - 15 minutes. The overwhelming consensus here is that N-400 is the easiest part of the immigration journey. 

Finally a citizen! So glad to not have to deal with USCIS anymore!

I'm finishing up with printing my tax transcripts, and am going to start to breathe again soon.  LOL.  We have got so many stacks of paper for them in our basement filing cabinet...sometimes I ask Travis if he's still convinced I was worth all the time/effort/money this took (he always laughs and says I was. )

I am Canadian too.
I just had my joined naturalization interview and removing condition interview. All they need is your American ID: Driver license, State ID to verify your identity.  She didn't even look at my passport. Though i did left the USA for a week after i submitted my N-400 form, she still didn't look at my passport. I just said that I went to Mexico for a week. They have all travel data in the computer. 
Bring your expired Canadian passport. No need to get a new one.

we didn't shred ours as we filed a petition for a brother and that takes so many years i would forget dates that will be needed later

Just take the passports you have.  Don't worry about the rest.  I was very uncomfortable discarding the documents we had collected during our journey since 2016.  That's what USCIS did to my brain...LOL...but I am so happy, now, to be out from under the thumb of USCIS.  

Yes, do bring the tax transcripts! They probably won't ask for them but it's possible. 

One of the comments above is incorrect: they don't need it to verify your legal entry to the US, it's just a 2nd form if ID + proof that you have another nationality. 
 
By the time I had my Oath ceremony, I was on my 3rd passport which was completely blank 😅

yes, I saw that there also.  I'll make sure I have those items for sure.

Same day I am scheduled, on my birthday no less!  Is yours it in Charlotte again or Norfolk?    

Feels like it’s been forever, but interview finally scheduled for July 11th! 5 weeks to go…

We filed online on Feb 5th, and on Feb 11 we got a notice that fingerprints were scheduled! Once we got that notice, the time went from 19 months to 9 months ! 
 
Our I-751 that was pending since July 13, 2021 and it also changed statuses a few times. They reused our biometrics (attaching picture of I-751 timeline). 
 
 
Fingers crossed this proceeds won’t be long !! 
 
 

I'm a ham and pineapple type of person too. My overall experience with USCIS (and your mileage may vary) has been more positive than what I've read on forums over the years. Processing mostly done within published times, phone and in-person interactions often positive. Yes, it's easy to say this when it's all said and done but true horror stories are rare, in my view. Good luck with your interview and any remaining steps.

Sorry if I missed it but you never did say what kind of pizza you ordered. Truly bizarre story but would be a lighthearted moment in any interview. Pizzagate!
