Hi there Filers,
I have a Vermont Service Center Update:
My wife just received her Approval Notice in the mail this Saturday Morning November 1, 2014, saying CONGRATULATIONS!!!! she was approved on 10/29/2014!!
Her Approval notice says Up to 90 days before she receive her new 10 year Permanent Resident Card!!

If your mom holds a current Philippine Passport and is a citizen or dual citizen of the Philippines, YES!!
but, if she holds a US Passport without dual citizen the answer is NO!
Call the airline to verify!!

There is no way to Pause a active petition, but you can write the NVC to cancel!
Would it be hard to upstart again? You will have to reapply for a k1from the first starting point, just have a very good reason with proof explianing why you cancelled the 1st petition.

We will be filing soon to remove conditions on residency for my wife. I see it's $590 to file the I-751. Do you complete the biometrics before? Or do you fill out the I-751 with appropriate documentation? I'm been getting confused on what iv been reading. Thanks all.
You fill the I-751 with
1) $590 check/money order
2) supporting documents
After your service center recive this package and there is no problem they will send you a NOA1 as proof they recived the package.
Within 2 weeks of the NOA1 you will then recive your Biometrics Appointment Letter showing you the date/Time/Location of your biometrics center.

Your address on the I-129F petition is were they will asign your interview, if you live in Naple, Italy, then that is were your interview will be! Also the same for the CR1 process...

You cant, just go at your appointment time with your valid state ID, they have a list with your name and appointment number there!

We had two years of relationship before began the k1 visa process. Present year In April the request K1 was received , but one month after we broke up because I found out that he was unfaithful with the mother of his child. It was very painful.
But I must continue my life, what I want to know is.. What I can do to stop the process , I would later attempt a vidsa tourist to visit friends and family in USA, but I fear that if he did not send a letter to stop the process I may have problems. I can do?
You need to write a letter of withdraw to USCIS before the petition is approved!!
Just include as much data as you can, e.g., receipt number, file number, names, dates of birth, citizenship, etc and follow-up with a phone call!
IF the petition was approved, you need to write this letter of withdraw to the embassy/consular of the beneficiary country (Peru).

I'm new here. I just have a question. My husband is the petitioner, I'm the beneficiary. I read in many places online that if we file while I remain in my own country (Canada), that all you need to file is the I-130. Is this correct? Just double checking.

- Wedding/engagement ring receipts
- Emails, skype and chat records
- Package receipts for stuff you've mailed
- Postal mail and greeting cards
- airline stubs
- Hotel receipts
Remember, the best proof of bona fide marriage is time together!!
