K1 filed in June 2011 - Interview in Jan 2012 - Denied. USCIS rendered the final decision in March 2013 - Administratively closed and free to file again without prejudice. We married in India on January 30, 2014. A new chapter begins...And yes.... finally the new chapter IS beginning! We were approved on May 18, 2015 on our CR1. Thank you God! Visa is in hand and we were able to book my husband on my same return flight on May 28, 2015! And the story continues ❤️ ... ROC filed in March 2017 & Approved March 2018. GC received in April 2018, but we were one of the 9,000 who had the wrong “Resident Since” date printed so we had to get a new card issued which we received in June 2018. Filed the N-400 for Citizenship in April 2018. Interview on August 14, 2018 resulted in an Approval. Oath Ceremony being held on September 12, 2018. Woo Hoo! Yes finally!! Thanks Sherry, we're so excited that we were able to get it done and registered - all in New Delhi. We'll be filing the CR1 very soon. How are things with you and Yashpal? Is he adjusting to life in the US?
