  1. Hi guys! I am glad I found this thread about interviews in lovely Juarez!!

I have a question about the financial supporting documents.... in the instructions of the I-134 says that u need to provide one or two of the options, do they ask for more than 2??

I will bring the 134 of course, I have a letter from his employer stating that he has been working there for N years, his annual income (which is a lot more than the minimun required) and that is a permanet position.. etc

I also have lots of his bank statements showing the $ he has saved. He owns a house so I am trying to get that paper as evidence too.

BUT I dont have any paystubs, tax returns, W2 (whatever that is) and all that stuff u guys talk about! :( do I really need those or what I have will be enough???

    thanks!!!

  2. thanks so much for the information .. some wwhere i read that i might never ever get the famous pakage 3 invitation ,, wich sucks ,,my fiance in the USA recived it allready its a simple lame paper i dont kn ow why they call it Pakage its a letter that says exactly this

Your fiance visa case is now ready for processing. Please go to http://mexico.usvisa-info.com and follow the instruction to log in and schedule both an Applicant Service Center (ASC) appointment and a Consular interview. If you do not go to the ASC prior to your interview at the consular section, your case may experience significant processing delays. Complet form DS-260 at: www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and print the confirmation letter. Please do this for all applicant that will be applying for visa. You can also obtain information about Immigrant Visa Services at that website. Please read carefully and follow all interview preparation instructions located on the American consulate General Ciudad Juarez's website at:http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/fianceforms.html Important information regarding the required medical appointment is listed on this site. Failure to read and properly follow all instructions provided on this site will result in your visa being refused at the initial interview. If you require information about the status of your case, please contact our information center at: http://mexico.usvisa-info.com providing your name and case number exactly as show in this letter.

this is bad people expect a pakage a reala pakage ... or a folder is just one paper . anyway's some body told me i could get my fiance to scan it and sent it to me .. she is using UPS to sent the origuinal .. but the instructions there are so simple i really dont know what is so special about this all can be obtained online damn ,, if i relay on waiting this lame pakage i could have my petition expired

yes, I was told that she can just scan it and email it to you and that enough. u will need the letter for the medical and then for the interview but I believe with hers will be enough, dont wait for ur letter in Mexico cause u know our mail system sucks... ask her to email it to u so u can start filling out the forms as soon as u want. good luck!

  3. I translated mine and got it notarized. My language is spanish so I know its easier to find someone that speaks both languages fluently. Anyways.. what I did was I translated the document myself, with some help from Google of course and at the bottom of the page I wrote something like "I______, certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and Spanish languages, and that the above document is an accurate translation of the document...blah blah".... then I took both (the spanish version and english version) to a bank in the US and the NOtary (?) signed and notarized for me.... U indeed can get a friend to do it (better if is a USC) and you dont have to get it notarized but I think that is a BIG help, it would make it like more 'official' to them.

  4. A lot of companies these days directly deposit into the employees account. In those cases they usually have their check online and people can go and print it. So chances are he can still print his pay stubs. You should check with him.

I actually have his bank statemtns from the account where they deposit to him. that could probably work too. tHANK YOU very much!

  5. sorry I am not using a co sponsor and in my case is only my fiance and myself so I dont exactly know what would it be like for you.

what I do know is that the minimun annual income required for 2 people is around 18k per year. So I would assume that for 4 has to be over 30k.

the form does not have to be notarized ....and besides the I 134 your sponsor needs to provide either pay stubs, letter from his/her current job stating how much he earns a year and wether the job is temporary or permanent), bank statements, real state documents if he ows a house...everything that you can think of! Is better to bring everything just in case! good luck!

  6. We have all the info since I cheated & found a form & filled them out by hand so all the information will be at our finger tips...we will need to do every thing 3 times since we have the children...

I love Merida...does your fiancee live close? I spend a lot of time there & have lots of friends there!!! We thought about going there for ASC first as well but the travel from Isla Cozumel by ferry then the bus to Merida & back adds up!

We have our invitation letter so we are ready to go...sorta LOL!

    Thanks everyone!

Hi Kimchimex! can you email me the forms we need to fill out?? I want to cheat too and be ready for my interview as soon as I get the invitation letter!!! thanks

  7. The USC Fiance in United States does recieve the packet 3 (which is really just a letter with information) you need the letter at the interview

we recieved ours already in USA (it has not arrived in Mexico & I don't think it ever will)

so if my USC fiance gets the letter first, can he just email it to me and I can set my interview and do the rest with hiS letter????

  8. I have a question here... do u really need to bring the pay stubs?????

I am bringing a letter from my FI's boss stating that he has been working there for N years, that is a permanent position and his annual income (which is a lot more than the minimun required)

Also all of his bank statements to show the money he has saved.

he owns a house as well, I am trying to get that paper as evidence too.

I dont think they care but I am also bringing my bank statements to show all my savings.

Is not that enough?? not sure though but I dont think he has any pay stubs

  9. After almost 5 and a half months we have not gotten our NOA2! My fiance called today USCIS and the lady told him to call back tomorrow because our case was last updated on April 18th (even though on the uscis website says march 22nd!) and will be updated again on may 18th(a month later!) and considered past time. so #######???!!! are our petitions just sitting on someone's desk until the 'update day'???????? if we dont get the approval tomorrow are we gonna have to wait until june 18th????????

she also told him that he could file something to do with a late action notice when its updated or something to that effect... he could not explain to me very well, I dont know if she was talking about the service request.... how does that work?

I dont know what to do now, I am running out of patience!
