if you happen to fall in love with someone else who happens to live in the States and want to get married, you definitely can file for another I129f. There are people who actually bring over their beneficiary, get married, end up divorced, and repeat the process with another guy/gal. You dont have to worry about this aspect. Will it come up at the interview, most likely. You just explain to them that you didnt trust your at the time fiance's feelings towards you and you didnt want to risk uprooting your life to whole new country depending on someone you cant even trust so you ended the relationship and asked for your fiance to cancel the petition. Heck, I think this might even help with proving that you really are in it for the right reasons on your next petition since you didnt mind withdrawing one for not feeling right etc. Anywho,no worried about this.

3. obviously not if he/she treats you like #######. that is not love. You can test this out by asking them to withdraw the petition and if they jump at the oppurtunity without protest or try to convince otherwise, I think this relationship never even started the right way.

My husband will not have his shot record when he goes either. He tried to ask his family doctor for it and she said she didn't have it and his mother doesn't have it either. I don't think Turkey keeps detailed records or at least they didn't before. Not like here.

I got a tetanus shot (was current on everything else age/ gender appropriate, brought in my shot records from childhood). I was not charged extra.

The CS has a list of required items and missing shots can apply if you don/t have the proper documentation. Have him call and see the high and low amount for the exam.

It's evening in Istanbul but Monday morning in Calfornia. So I am envisioning that all the processors are on their way to work. And management decided to double ...... no quadruple the amount of processors today to work on July and August and finish them this week. And in the mean time they are training another 150 people to process .
Meanwhile the embassies are anxiously awaiting the approved files so the can schedule the interviews ASAP.

I understand Sarah. We have been waiting for a new interview in Ankara if we ever get reaffirmed on the NOIR. We have been waiting for 6 months on that now. Then to have to wait on Ankara to accept new interview files. OMG!!!! This is truly torture and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. Married 10/16/10 and still waiting to be together. And yes it is physically and metally taking us down. My family and his family are all in so much pain because of the uncertainty of all this.

I would not make any plans at all under any circumstances. Count on the whole process taking at least 10 months until you can come to America, but understand that it is very likely that it could take longer.

I sent my I 129F on June 1, 2012 and i received the email today with my K1 approval. Waited 212 days for my status to go from initial review to approved.
I promised to myself i was going to make a VJ account on the day that i received the email with my NOA2

According to your timeline and the VJ estimate, you are right on schedule. Hang in there a little longer and start your preparation for the next steps. Get everything prepared because it can move quite fast after it leaves USCIS control. Just a little longer, but you are not late yet.

I started harassing VSC about 2 weeks after my 6 months mark.. I got in a service request and got approved a week later. It seems they are even slower now.. I know the waiting sucks but you have nothing to lose by attempting a tier 2 service request a little after 6 months. Hang in there!!!!

Happened to me Jan 22, 2013. Still no completion. They probably just changed yours or your beneficiary's address. Although, if you didn't request this change, it's possible that they are working on your case.
A little ambiguous. But it doesn't necessarily mean they are working on your case.

Haha i had his happen a week or so ago, I think it means "touched" , but also call to make sure no one changed ur address or ur fiances ) it's just another weird notification being sent out even though the address hasn't been changed...

We got the same message in December when my fiance changed his mailing address online. If you din't change yours then you should call and atleast find out, maybe they changed by mistake or like some people said; ''its been touched''. Might be a hitch in their system. Best of luck!!

Seeing as the op, is far into her wait time for her noa2, it's definatly a good thing that someone's touching her file I'd say

Hang in there my NOA1 is July 9 at Vermont and Im still waiting our time will come... I thought about calling but they will only tell us we are still in normal processing time seeing the website says June 4.... Patience is the key i guess...good luck

My NOA1 was July 13th as well and I just got a response yesterday. Hopefully yours is close.
