US Immigration from Vietnam

Petitioner. Self-employed, own a small business registered in the U.S. Will continue business after immigration.

If I'm using assets on my I-864, does my business assets count? Like, can I include cash in a business checking account on my I-864?

My wife and I are in Vietnam, and we re planning on an early 2022 move to the US. So we re thinking an interview around November or December.

I m aware it takes time to get one scheduled, so I m wondering when we should submit our docs to NVC and get DQ ed.

My thinking is around August for doc submission, get DQ ed around Sept-Oct, then get an interview scheduled in Nov/Dec.

Are things moving this quickly at the VN consulate, or do we need to send in our docs sooner?
