Hello everyone,

My dad is a permanent resident and is petitioning for my brother. We are preparing to submit financial documents. Initially, we only fill out form I-864 as his income is enough, however, some people told us that since he files joint tax with my mom, our case will be delayed if we do not include her.

We have prepared all the W2s and explained at the last page of my dad's I-864 why the income is different from IRS tax transcript. Would this be enough to have our case go smoothly or we absolutely have to include my mom?

I am in the US and my wife is in Quang Ninh region and I can access CEAC from phone or laptop but when she goes the the website there is no continue button.

Is there a specific way you access NVC website in Vietnam?

Has anyone tried getting a visa to enter the Philippines or tried entering without lately (American)?

Currently trying to either meet up with my girlfriend or meet there and she is saying it's incredibly difficult flying out and thinks meeting there is easier. Unfortunately, 10 day quarantine would eat up an incredible amount of PTO, but I'm not opposed to going that route. Was hoping pre-flying her to Thailand, say Phuket, and quarantine and then I fly into the sandbox would be an option or going to some other country like Morocco. However, if me quarantining there is the easiest then I don't see an issue if I am allowed there.

We are both vaccinated and I'm affiliated with the Govt. being a cleared contractor if that helps in drafting up any affidavits for support and reassuring I wouldn't keep her past visa.

I may have made a major oversight. My fiancee and I were fortunate to finally get her here in July. She had to take the TB sputum test and as such is a Class B meaning the medical expires on the 7th of this month. I don't know why we didn't realize that the visa itself expires on the 7th because of the medical status... We just assumed we had the 90-days and schedule our wedding accordingly.

Thankfully we do have wedding license and someone who can officiate at a moment's notice, but we really need some advice on how best to proceed here.

As I re-read the USCIS site I realize the language is fairly clear and I can't believe I overlooked this. Very worried about this now...

Edit: Am I misreading it? Is the validity of the visa related to the window of time she can travel here, or is she expected to depart the US before the expiration date?
