US Immigration from Vietnam

I have two questions.

1. We did the online marriage ceremony. I was in Germany and she was in Vietnam. We later flew out to Thailand and spent a month together. The questions ask where I was and she was..and then the beneficiary sections asks where she and I was. How do I answer this question?

2. I work with the government as a contractor under SOFA status in Germany. I continue my domicile by continuing to pay state taxes correct? and maintaining a driver license?

Arrived in the US last week. The mailing address on file to receive the Green Card is different than our current location. Mail is being forwarded to new address. Will the Green Card and SS Card get forwarded or returned to the sender (USCIS)?

Or should I submit a change of address? If so, where can I do that?

My wife applied to remove conditions in August 2020. Her application is at the Potomac Service Center and could be completed February-April 2022. She is planning to go overseas in March using her expired 2-year card and extension letter. IF her 10-year card is approved without an interview while she is overseas, is the 2-year card and letter still valid for her to return to the U.S. I don't want her to get stuck at the airport while the 10 year card sits on the kitchen table while she is trying to reenter on the 2 year card.

I want to file jointly this year, but I need to obtain an ITIN for my wife as per form W-7 instructions. To do that, I need to send in a certified true copy of my wife's Vietnamese passport from the issuing agency.

We went to the immigration office and they wouldn't help us. So I'm wondering if we can make a certified copy at the U.S. consulate? If it's $50 per page, do we need every page in her passport, including blank pages? Or just the biometric page?

If not, is there an Acceptance Agent in Vietnam that can help with this?
