US Immigration from Vietnam

I want to file jointly this year, but I need to obtain an ITIN for my wife as per form W-7 instructions. To do that, I need to send in a certified true copy of my wife's Vietnamese passport from the issuing agency.

We went to the immigration office and they wouldn't help us. So I'm wondering if we can make a certified copy at the U.S. consulate? If it's $50 per page, do we need every page in her passport, including blank pages? Or just the biometric page?

If not, is there an Acceptance Agent in Vietnam that can help with this?

Will be arriving in LA (POE) in two weeks with spouse holding a CR1 visa. My son and I are US citizens. This is my spouse first time in the US. When going through immigration do we have to separate and go to different lanes such as US Citizen and Non Citizen. I would really like to process CBP Immigration as a family and not separate so I can assist her with arrival processes. Anyone had recent similar experience, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hope you all are doing alright.
I m so frustrated right now as I m kind of lost.

i received an email from NVC stating my case is being updated.
i submitted all the i864 and civil documents for my mother back in mid Oct and yesterday my i864 got accepted but my mother s civil documents changed from Submitted to Incomplete.

I bet there is missing documents or something but as soon as I click on Incomplete under Civil documents column, an Application Error page shows up. It has been acting like that for 2 days.

Anyone has any idea what was wrong and what should I do in this case?
