US Immigration from Vietnam

I'm going to ask this here since I am withdrawing my online submitted I-130 and mailing in to Frankfurt consulate. They ask for passport photo and I had some questions that I might also email to them since they have been helpful.

Here they print out passport photos in EU style but I was also able to get 5cmx5cm printed and some sizes close to it, but they print out 2 or 4 to a page. Do I need to cut these out or can I send the sheet t to them? This is also the case for photos printed at fotofix booths here in Germany.

For hers, I'm having her send me physical copies along with her passport, but I want to try and print hers and send our packet in asap.

I'm just wondering if they require it a certain way.

People like this making it difficult for other Vietnamese to immigrate to US. That's why Vietnam is considered high fraud country and honest Vietnamese people don't have it easy.

So, I have been e-mailing the Frankfurt Consulate and told them my situation. They agreed to accept my petition, but then when I mentioned I already have a pending I-130 submitted the said they couldn't do anything and I would have to request an expedite.

I pleaded with them and them e-mailed me back saying :

Ok, we will make an exception. You can file with our office however you will need to send confirmation that you canceled the filed I-130 and you will have to pay the I-130 fee again. Please include a copy of this e-mail when you send the documents.

I was thinking I would write a letter with my receipt number formally requesting a withdrawal of my petition and notarize it and provide a copy of this letter and tracking number in the packet I will submit to Frankfurt.

Question is, do you think that will be acceptable to them? Is there a way to withdraw a I-130 application online or through phone or live chat?

Simple question.

If we buy health insurance on the exchange in, say, June 2022, under a special qualifying event - can we choose a different plan during open enrollment in the same year (November 2022)?

Or do we have to wait until another year?

My fianc had her medical exam and found a very small spot after 3 chest xrays. They require a sputum test for tuberculosis (TB) which will take 8-10 weeks for results. This has been a common requirement in Vietnam with even the slightest spot, even though the vast majority of tests are negative. Her interview appointment with Consulate is scheduled in 1 week. Can anyone provide advice how to proceed? Can she still go to the visa interview without the medical exam results since the sputum test will take so long? Its been a nightmare getting the interview scheduled. Anyone else experienced something Ike this and can share their experience?
