My wife is attempting to create her account to register her address. She keeps getting an error.

Can someone tell me how much I can help her register? And does the typing must be in English characters?

Hello, my fiance is entering the US this month to Texas. I'm looking to get married asap but she doesn't have her SSN yet, will we be able to get married without a SSN or must I wait until after she has been issued a SSN?

I searched the Vietnam forums and haven t seen this mentioned previously. I was reading this article today on VNExpress about emigration procedures with Vietnam s foreign affairs ministry for Vietnamese looking to move abroad.

Does anyone know about specific procedures that Vietnamese have to go through with the Vietnamese government like this to move abroad, for example someone moving to the US via the K-1 fianc visa?

Does anyone know if consulates can do oath ceremonies overseas? Or if the application and ceremony has be done stateside?
