US Immigration from Vietnam

My wife thought she put the passport photo inside the i485, i864, i765 packet, however we found today what she FORGOT and left out on the table. I have already sent the application yesterday via USPS and her K1 visa is valid until the end of October. What kind of repercussions should I expect for not including the passport photos and what steps can we take to correct this mistake? I was thinking of sending the photos to the same address and hope it ends up in the same pile as my i-485 envelope?

I'm expecting a request for evidence, but how long until they send that? It will delay the application process, how by how much? Thanks

I filed I-751 for me & my child.

I got the NOA - indicate that my green card has 48 months extension.

My question: How about my kid's green card? Can we somehow get an extension letter for my kid too?

My wife is now a Permanent Resident as her Removal Of Conditions was approved this last year. We'd like to travel to visit her family next year with the kids. As I'm applying for Passports for the kids, I realize she's not yet a US Citizen so we can't get a US Passport for her. I've been researching online what we need to do (documents, fees, ect) to prep for next years trip. Those that have gone through this, can you help? Originally we did apply for Advance Parole (during her K-Visa status) but that has expired and we never traveled during that time. Do we need to apply? Does the Re-Entry Permit come into play? I did read that the ReEntry Permit was only for Permanent Residence to travel for more then 1 year, we don't plan on staying more then 1 month.

Just got word from a congressional inquirey.

Been in AP since June 5th.

Bummed out they are returning the case file to USCIS.

As I have read this is hard to overcome. Will they send why specifically it was denied? And can it be appealed?

Has anyone had success with this and if there are any threads on this can someone share the links to them.

I'm currently filing the i-864 and was wondering if I need both the tax returns or are the tax transcripts enough?

I'm also using a co-sponsor, is using only their tax transcript sufficient?
