How long is the I-134 process taking as of now?

I'm currently filling out the online I-134 form and I am trying to provide evidence of my seasonal job that ended a few weeks ago. I have since filed for unemployment.

This is what USCIS is requesting:

Provide statement(s) from your employer on business stationery showing:

• Date and nature of employment
• Salary paid; and
• Whether the position is temporary or permanent.

Am I more likely to get rejected because of my job situation? How can I prove whether the position is temporary? Will pay stubs be sufficient enough? Last year's income and this year's income is well over the Federal Poverty Guideline for my household size.

So I went to Wells Fargo to finally get the money orders for my filling fees and I didn't notice at the bank but when I arrived home I see that they say PAY TO THE ORDER OF: US DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY instead of U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY. I don't know if I'm being paranoid but does that count as a typo?

I apologize if I am posting in the wrong group.

Last month I filed my I-129F form for my Venezuelan fianc who is living in Peru.

Around the same time I sent my form to USCIS, The Biden Administration launched a new entry program that allows Venezuelans to stay in the US.

My question is how do I find more information about this? Could he apply for this entry program and our I-129F petition remain active? I called USCIS and the representative I talked to seemed unsure about whether it is allowed to submit an I-134 after submitting an I-129F.

We are wanting to change the country of interview, but I don t know if we can or how we can. My beneficiary is Venezuelan. We started with Costa Rica because that s my native country and originally they didn t require Visas for Venezuelans. However, now they do and there has been a huge delay in approval of visas. I am afraid she might lose her meeting with USCIS in Costa Rica because she is getting approved in time to enter Costa Rica. Please help
