Good afternoon , my wife have a interview in January 4 2023 has been two month after the officer indicated that recommend the application for approval she pass both test. Do we need to be worry about the 30 days mark pass already and non invite for oath has been received ? Any other recommendation to inquiry if this is normal wait more than 30 days for the oath? Any recommendations will be really appreciated since we are hurry to get this process done. We contact our senator for a formal inquiry but any other way to approach this situation I hear about people that inquiry the officer or the office to know the status

I filed the I-134 petition on November, 29 and I have yet to get an approval for my Venezuelan beneficiary. A few weeks ago I sent USCIS a message directly from my account, and they said there is no current processing time and they couldn t give me any case-specific information. Will I wait another week? A month? A year? Will I even get approved at all? Was my petition lost? Is anyone in the same situation? Can a lawyer do anything to speed up my process or help me to obtain any information about my case?

Hello All. We're looking for some advice on how to change my mother-in-law status here in the US from Venezuela. In October 2021, my husband filed form I-130 for his mom's permanent residency, and we've been waiting for it to get approved since then. In late November of this year, his mom entered the US under Venezuelan humanitarian parole, however, today we received notice that the I-130 was approved. Now we are trying to figure out what we need to do for her to adjust status. Do we need to file the I-485 with any other paperwork? Also, do we need to contact NVC to have them send the case back to USCIS for processing? Finally, I've noticed processing times for EAD/AP are at six plus months for AOS, however, under humanitarian parole, it appears approvals are happening within six weeks. Is it easier to just apply for those under humanitarian parole first before submitting I-485, or just have all paperwork submitted with the I-485 for simplicity sake? Thanks!

Hello everyone, I have a friend who came legally on a tourist visa and then applied to some protected status under Trump's administration for Venezuelans. She met a citizen and they just got married. She also has a minor daughter from a previous relationship back in her country. In this scenario will her husband need to file form I-130 for her and the minor, or they can just jump directly to form I-485 ? Also if they can just jump directly to form I-485 will they need to file a separte form for her minor daughter? Or can the minor be included in her I-485 ? thank you in advanced for the help and support.
