US Immigration from Venezuela

Hi guys.

I am a US citizen and I want to bring my sister to live in the USA legally.

she is currently in Venezuela but I want to know how much time do I have to wait for her to be here?

Just curious how long it's running on average for an interview? We got notified 20 SEP 2021 that we passed everything and they USCIS would be contacting us for an interview but its been 9 months so far.

I am currently a US Citizen living and working in Venezuela with my spouse. The US Embassy has posted that Venezuela has a LEVEL 4 - DO NOT TRAVEL alert due to:

Widespread violent or organized crime, Terrorist attacks have occurred, There is civil unrest, Health risks are present due to lack of medical infrastructure, There is kidnapping and hostage taking, and other risks.

After living here for awhile, we now feel quite unsafe, targeted for frequent police pull overs and at risk living here as foreign citizens. While I have tried to find jobs in other countries, at this time, as an expat it is not possible. I could very easily get a job or a job offer in the US as a US Citizen within a week or two without any problem.

I would like to request an expedite request while my I-130 case is waiting. I have received an NOA 1 but no NOA 2.

What is everyone's feedback on our chances of getting an expedite approved. Does anyone have any advise or experiences they could share?

Its been a long time since I was active n this website, and I apologize if this question has already been made. I don't know how to look for this exact answer.

I am now a U.S. Citizen and applied to bring my brother to the U.S.A.; now I have a question; my receipt starts with an I.O.E; the S.V.C. center is California. Here is my doubt, I live in North Carolina, and all my USCIS paperwork since my K1 paperwork went thru Texas Service Center. Is it normal to relocate I30 ( F4) to that service center? I m confused and heartbreaking about the 138 months wait. I guess like everyone else.
