What's the correct format for adding a third job in the "additional information" section?

Hey there, so I've had four jobs in the last five years and I was wondering how to format my two jobs in the last page of the application. I am thinking I would use a new line for each item number, but I just want to make sure as I am very cautious to not make any mistakes. I am also confused about what I would put for the item number when referring to the whole employment section.

Thanks!

If you are the US petitioner and you want to add more info to your employment history, then write in the Part8, Additional Information. You can include as many copies of Part8 pages as needed. For "format", just include the same information as those listed for the employment history. Don't try to cram 5 jobs into the available 2 jobs spaces. Add the extra 3 jobs in Part8 and continue chronologically going backwards from the most recent jobs to the earliest jobs.
