Hi all,

I don t post much on here but that s mostly because any questions I ve had I ve been able to search for and found the answers I ve been looking for without needing to start a new thread.

I m the beneficiary and our I-130 was approved yesterday, submitted online 3/3/23. I ve updated my timeline to help others and will continue to update it as we progress.

This post is purely just to say Thank You to everyone who has unknowingly been able to help

On to the next stage

Hello,

If I applied in the UK for I-130 with my spouse and kids in the US, how long would it be until I get an interview and then the Visa from/via the Embassy in London?

Would you be able to write out a timeline for each step?

I am just trying to work out rough ball park figures so we can plan.

Thanks

Hi,

So my wife is currently making an income well over the required income amount to be able to sponsor me on her own. However, we have indicated to USCIS that she is pregnant and will be taking time off, leading to financial loss. So should we pursue a joint sponsor or just give her tax records for what she has been making so far? Thanks.

Hello!

I am based in the UK and on the email for the Medical appointment it says that if you have proof of chicken pox as a child to bring this in. I did have chicken pox as a child but this was never reported to the doctors by my parents as it wasn t serious.

Do they provide a blood test on the day/this doesn t matter? I m slightly worried I ll need to get a blood test from my doctor s beforehand to show immunity? Could someone let me know their experience with the medical and chicken pox?

Thank you
