My husband usc lawyer submitted mine and 2 children's i-130s online. It's been a bit frustrating as there's no data to keep an eye on things as we have IOE9... as opposed to the usual IOE09... what I have noticed is they appear to be in different blocks IOE9103 IOE9095 IOE9184. We tried to ask Emma and then the online agent if our cases are linked and if not can we link them. They were submitted together. They said its up go the field office and then cut us off. Now I'm worried it could be months between cases, or make tge next part with nvc and interviews ect even harder. Is there a way we link these? I obviously won't leave my children and similarly couldn't just pack them off on a pane without me. Will we ve approved together or will it be months apart?

K-1 Visa and the Covid Religious Waiver

Hi all

Next year my partner (USA) and I (UK) intend on starting the K-1 visa process.

I want to submit a religious waiver / i-601 waiver regarding vaccines (specifically COVID-19) but I am very confused.

As I understand it, you will be denied access to the USA at your medical due to being "unvaccinated" - does this mean that the usual K-1 visa process does not go ahead and you have to wait for the i-601 to be processed in your own country? I'm so confused, this is a minefield and extremely confusing.

Any help/experiences would be appreciated.

I-131 - travel authorization - intended departure date

Hello! I am a British Citizen living in the US on an E2 visa sponsored by my company (I work for a British staffing company here in the US). I have just married my US Citizen partner and we are now submitting a green card application.

We are planning to do a celebration with family in the UK in September 2025 as they were unable to be here for the legal ceremony earlier this year. I am concurrently filing I-130, I-485 etc.

With form I-131, I believe when filling it in I am requesting advance parole. Page 2, Part 3, Q1 asks for date of intended departure - I was going to put a date one week before the celebration. If I do this, does this mean I won't be able to do any travel prior to this? There is a wedding in May 2025 I was also hoping to attend in the UK but I've heard if I put that the travel authorization is for multiple trips as opposed to singular this can affect things.

As well as this, I have been told by some not to even bother applying for I-131 as it is taking so long right now, I might as well just wait for the Green Card. Not sure what the best route is as I obviously don't want to miss my celebration in September 2025.

Hi!

For question 7 on page 4 of I-864 it says:

My current individual annual income is:

- My husband works in sales and therefore gets commission, in this box should he just put his base salary? As I read that we need to provide proof of this number and obviously can't show proof of commission that hasn't been won yet.

Below this question, it says:

Income you are using from any other person who was counted in your household size, including, in certain conditions, the intending immigrant.

As I am the spouse beneficiary, should I put my salary in this box?

I am concurrently filing I-130, I-130A, I-485 etc.

I am on a work sponsored E2 visa (work for a British recruitment company out here) and am married to my US Citizen husband. Am I right in thinking I am eligibility category (c)(9) when filling in form I-765 for my employment authorization?
