Hi all, got an email today stating Application Type: I130, PETITION FOR ALIEN RELATIVE Your Case Status: Initial Review As of December 7, 2020, we are actively reviewing your Form I130, PETITION FOR ALIEN RELATIVE, Receipt Number. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. my heart dropped because I got excited and thought it s either NOA2 or RFE (which would of been bad).

Hi.. anyone who overstayed.. on the yes/ no questions it asks if you have ever violated the conditions of your immigration status.. I was told to answer yes to this (the overstay).. at interview stage has anyone ever had any issues with this when they ask this question? and before people attack me yes I know I shouldn t have overstayed but I m just wondering if and what the immigration officers say to you answering yes to this...

Hi all, I looked for recent topics about this but couldn't find anything regarding entry on a visa. I am just wondering if there is any additional documentation I should bring with me (I obviously have my passport/visa, and my documents from the visa interview). I am planning on entering on my CR-1 visa next week and got an email from my airline basically saying to look up any additional required documentation for entry into the US. I have had a search online and couldn't find anything from the US government website regarding additional documentation, but thought I would ask if anyone has entered recently, given how untransparent they can be.

So, hubby and I will be moving back to the US this month after his visa got approved. We've lived here since last May when I came over on a spouse visa. What I can't seem to find the answer to is what do I do with my BRP? I know for the reverse, when we moved here hubby had to relinquish his green card, but I can't seem to find anything about surrendering my BRP as it expires next year if I do not file for my Further Leave to Remain. Anyone that has gone through this situation, what was required, if anything?
